no, not only about the blog it´s just that this attracts my attention. yesterday we went to McDonalds for an icecream and there was a mother complaining that her burger and fries were in a bag under this heater. She said: "when i´m home it´s cold" and the service just said "it´s under the heater" and the mother: "i work at McDonalds myself and i know it´s cold" gosh.. i just said: "go home and cook sth for the kids then you don´t have a reason to complain" Woahh.. she was really stunned after that!
I´m going to that restaurant tomorrow! :-) Yiihhaa! I´m looking forward for it! But not really nervous bc i expect that he will not be there! :-( my bad luck!

@Teekanne and others...I recorded the Universal Sports piece on Aksel I just need to figure out a way to get it from the TV into the computer. I supposed I could film it from the TV with my camera and post it? Any suggestions?!? I've watched it a few times now and its awesome!
It starts off showing Aksel's name on a black screen with "DETERMINTATION" underneath it...then the narrator begins with "At 6ft 5, 220 pounds, Norway's Aksel Lund Svindal is massive for an alpine skier and his talent matches his physical size...in November 2007 he was the best skier on the planet..." and then they went into the accident, the comeback, the olympics and a small interview after winning gold. I will try to get it for ya'll...it might not happen until tomorrow though, I have somewhere to be later on.

@Anja I just stretched a bit and I feel better. I think it was just too much in 45 minutes! I am used to my yoga/pilates and cycling.
@Buckeye Gal My mom is doing a 6 week fitness boot camp. She has been begging me to go with her for the last 2 weeks so I decided what the hell.
She retired last fall and decided she wanted to get really fit. She went on Weight Watchers and got a personal trainer. She has lost 22 pounds and only has 5 to go! Her trainer recommended the boot camp because of how strong she was getting. She put me to shame, that's for sure.
The instructor was like 5-1/95lb (1.55m/43kg). I am not that much bigger, but she could kick my ass and turn me inside out. She was amazing.

I knew JM was going to be there, she's a big supporter of RTP. So, here's my morning critique LOL ...
Our Viking looked Hot as usual, but not a fan of that tie. Definitely need a shopping trip to get him a different one. He is in a fashion capital, maybe he'll head over to the garment district and pick up a few things while he's in town.
JM ... I'm 50/50 about weather she's somebody I'd hang out with ... I don't really care for her professional persona, especially the whole Tiara thing, she comes across as very self-centered and unapproachable ... but I'd have to actually meet her in person, cuz I think it might just be her professional image and she's probably pretty cool in the real world. And ultimately if she makes our Viking happy, than I'm happy! BUT, what was up with that dress???? Not my favorite, kinda makes her look very heavy ... or as my friend said "5 months prego" ... LMFAO ... now there's a rumor about to be started! ... Let's not go there!
@Cricket ... I've been to a few Boot Camps ... they do have a tendency to kick your butt, but when your finished, your in total kick ass shape. High five to your Mom ... She Rocks!

@Suzanne yea, I'm so excited! :D It's pretty easy to tell you why I love Canada! First of all because of the ppl!!! :D They're friendly, funny and so crazy in a good way!!! :D Never a dull moment!!! (thanks Krsiten for that sentence! ;P) 2nd bc of the counrty! The landscape is breathtaking! And you can go from beach, sun and warmth (Vancouver) to snow, sun and cooler weather (Wisthler) in about 2 hours! :D And there's still so much nature left in that country and they're taking care of it! :D Not like everywhere here, where they're building stuff everywhere! :S And I've experienced there 3 of the best months in my life so far!!! :D
In case you were wondering, I was there in 2008 for three months! :D Loved it and if I wouldn't have come home, if not for school!!! ;P I'm going to stay in Alberta for 5 weeks and then travel down to Vancouver trough BC and Alberta with 2 friend who're coming over! :D Can't wait to see them again over there! :D
Ok. girls! I need to tell you about my "restaurant-experience". I went there with my friend. The hot waiter wasn´t there (as i already guessed) so i first wasn´t brave enough to ask but i did. I asked the waitress that i know it´s going to embarrassing but i have to ask... there was this waiter on monday named Tim and... and she directly said... "oh not good.. he´s the boyfriend of our boss (female)" i just said.. ok i just wanted to ask... DAMN... that´s just the proof. hot men are taken, assholes or gay! :-( at least i tried... and i survived and i´m happy now bc i know he´s hetero and i won´t ask me month if i missed sth! :-)

no, not only about the blog it´s just that this attracts my attention. yesterday we went to McDonalds for an icecream and there was a mother complaining that her burger and fries were in a bag under this heater. She said: "when i´m home it´s cold" and the service just said "it´s under the heater" and the mother: "i work at McDonalds myself and i know it´s cold" gosh.. i just said: "go home and cook sth for the kids then you don´t have a reason to complain" Woahh.. she was really stunned after that!

@Teekanne and others...I recorded the Universal Sports piece on Aksel I just need to figure out a way to get it from the TV into the computer. I supposed I could film it from the TV with my camera and post it? Any suggestions?!? I've watched it a few times now and its awesome!
It starts off showing Aksel's name on a black screen with "DETERMINTATION" underneath it...then the narrator begins with "At 6ft 5, 220 pounds, Norway's Aksel Lund Svindal is massive for an alpine skier and his talent matches his physical size...in November 2007 he was the best skier on the planet..." and then they went into the accident, the comeback, the olympics and a small interview after winning gold. ReplyDelete@Buckeye Gal My mom is doing a 6 week fitness boot camp. She has been begging me to go with her for the last 2 weeks so I decided what the hell.
She retired last fall and decided she wanted to get really fit. She went on Weight Watchers and got a personal trainer. She has lost 22 pounds and only has 5 to go! Her trainer recommended the boot camp because of how strong she was getting. She put me to shame, that's for sure.
The instructor was like 5-1/95lb (1.55m/43kg). I am not that much bigger, but she could kick my ass and turn me inside out. She was amazing.

I knew JM was going to be there, she's a big supporter of RTP. So, here's my morning critique LOL ...
Our Viking looked Hot as usual, but not a fan of that tie. Definitely need a shopping trip to get him a different one. He is in a fashion capital, maybe he'll head over to the garment district and pick up a few things while he's in town.
JM ... I'm 50/50 about weather she's somebody I'd hang out with ... I don't really care for her professional persona, especially the whole Tiara thing, she comes across as very self-centered and unapproachable ... but I'd have to actually meet her in person, cuz I think it might just be her professional image and she's probably pretty cool in the real world. And ultimately if she makes our Viking happy, than I'm happy! BUT, what was up with that dress???? Not my favorite, kinda makes her look very heavy ... or as my friend said "5 months prego" ... LMFAO ... now there's a rumor about to be started! ... Let's not go there!
@Cricket ... I've been to a few Boot Camps ... they do have a tendency to kick your butt, but when your finished, your in total kick ass shape. High five to your Mom ... She Rocks!

First of all because of the ppl!!! :D They're friendly, funny and so crazy in a good way!!! :D Never a dull moment!!! (thanks Krsiten for that sentence! ;P)
2nd bc of the counrty! The landscape is breathtaking! And you can go from beach, sun and warmth (Vancouver) to snow, sun and cooler weather (Wisthler) in about 2 hours! :D
And there's still so much nature left in that country and they're taking care of it! :D Not like everywhere here, where they're building stuff everywhere! :S
And I've experienced there 3 of the best months in my life so far!!! :D
In case you were wondering, I was there in 2008 for three months! :D Loved it and if I wouldn't have come home, if not for school!!! ;P
I'm going to stay in Alberta for 5 weeks and then travel down to Vancouver trough BC and Alberta with 2 friend who're coming over! :D
Can't wait to see them again over there! :D

I went there with my friend. The hot waiter wasn´t there (as i already guessed) so i first wasn´t brave enough to ask but i did. "oh not good.. he´s the boyfriend of our boss (female)" i just said.. ok i just wanted to ask...

@corinna: I think the jackets are roughly the same and I hate them both! Guys...I know there is a Hugo Boss clothing somewhere in NY. Go find it and buy a better cut suit...somehtin that actually suits your body type (more for Aksel).
