Its nothing fancy but was loaded with tons of fun Irish men I tell ya!! The bar closed at 4am and the bartender locked the doors with all of us still inside and then he joined us! Hence us going back to the hotel at 5:30am! Was certainly dazed the next day after that night! ;D

Aaaah Desmond's is just that! I little out-of-the way, full of color place we stumbled (literally) across that was just the most fun! We were with our Canadian friends and they were so impressed with how cool everyone was in that place compared to some of the other more "prim and proper" places we visited that same night. ;D
I've never watched Saving Grace but have seen it advertised...it looks really good. I suspect Holly Hunter is real cool in it from the looks of the youtube vids! (yea, smoking, ewww!) ;P

@Nicole The best thing to do in NYC is take the Big Apple double decker bus tour. It takes you all over the city and you can hop on and off as much as you want. They even give a little history of the city as you are driving. Highly recommended!

@Anja It is very expensive to go to NYC! I have to take the train to get there which costs almost $30 and then the subway is like $10 and thats just travel. Food is costly too. You can't eat a good resturant without spending big bucks! Thats why I never get there. I have to save up and go soon for shopping.
ReplyDelete@Anja and Krys I went to NYC just this October with the school band! It was so much fun! We took charter buses (14 hour drive) and watched movies all the way there and back! And we had a tight schedule each day! It was a great experience! Definitely love the city!!! ;D

It's far too hot!!! It's 85F/29C Went out this morning & bought flowers for the cemetaries. Made up the flower pots for the cemetaries that don't allow planting. Planted the rose bushes I bought for my Mommy for Mother's Day. We are taking bella later to get some more flowers. Then we are going to Indian Run & Waynesburg.
