Kjetil & my brother have the same guitar! Ok there are a few slight differences, but how cool is that? I knew I had seen that guitar before. LOL

Cuteness!!!

I saw these little cuties while we were leaving the cemetery where my Grandparents are buried. I love little baby animals. I thought that it was a little bit poetic. Here we are celebrating Memorial Day & honoring the memory of our loved ones & then you see these little babies. It just reminded me that life does come full circle. When someone leaves this world there is always a little baby waiting to come into it.

Wild & Crazy Parties

I can't stop laughing. This pic is just way too funny. Reminds me of the party scenes from Forrest Gump. I love that movie. I am glad that we got a pic of a wild & crazy party. They look like they are having a great time.

For just this one blog I am lifting the ban on Julia. I kinda wanna see what everyone thinks...ok maybe I just wanna see a cat fight over here with the Anon's again. Like we had in the first post. Personally if they are just friends that's good one can never have too many friends. If they are dating wootage! It's not good for man to be alone...sorry I went all biblical. FWB he is a man & men have needs.

I do agree with who ever said that they think he is taking control of his blog back. He let us girls run wild & I think he's a little tired of the cat fights & some people not getting along with each other. I think the fighting & argueing over there was the beginning of the end. Now that some are mad at him I think that was the straw that broke the camels back.

Happy Early Memorial Day!!!

I was thinking of what I could do on the blog for Memorial Day. I was listening to my iPod & the song Some Gave All came on & I thought to myself 'Mel, you should make a video of family & friends that were in the military.' I got all the pictures I could find of them, went online to find some filler pics & made a pretty awesome vdieo I think. Besides Christmas this is my favorite holiday. To me Memorial Day isn't just about remembering those that have fallen defending their country. It's about remembering all those that we have loved & lost. *tears up* The first person you are going to see is my Grandpa, I love him more than anything in the world. If I had to choose between anything & him it would be him without a doubt in my mind. I would list everybody that is in the video, but some of the pics don't have names on them & I'm not waking my Mom up. I hope you all will never forget those who have come before & never stop thinking of those who are to come. May your holiday weekend be fun & filled with good food, friends & lots of love. I hope you enjoy the video as usual.

Gotta love men in pinstripped suits. *sigh* Sound like he is having fun in NYC. How can you not have fun in NYC. It's a great city.

Parting Is Such Sweet Sorrow

Well the end is finally here. *sniffles* For the last 6 years I have been Lost. I have enjoyed every single second of being Lost. I wouldn't trade one single moment of Lost for anything. I really wish I had more time with Lost. I do gotta say they did send the show off with a bang. I loved Jimmy Kimmel Live Aloha to Lost. The alternate endings were great. I loved the end where they did a kind of where are they now. LOL It's always sad to see a good show go, but the memories are priceless. I would just like to say a big thanks to all the people who brought such a wonderful show into my life. *starts crying uncontrolably again*

Details Of One Crazy Night With Two Crazy Girls...

Started the night off with Aksel. One word: Yum!!! Has a great kick.

Then we had a Leif. Grr is all I gotta say. That drink is good.

Forgot to take a pic of Kjetil. It looks just like Leif. It's different. I liked the whiskey. Didn't like the beer.




Then we did Patriotic Missiles. I like the blue stuff.



Then we went & played pool. We came back & the bartender made us 2 of her very own drinks. She calls it Swamp Water. It has like 20 different alcohols in it. It was freaking awesome, but that did us in for the night.

I ended the night with Simen. I so loved Simen last night. Not so much this morning. Repeat after me girls 'peach schnapps is not my friend' Never again, never again. *shakes head*

Because I Got Bored...

I was gonna wait to blog until I got bored. I was just gonna go to bed, but then I bored. So here I am blogging again & I know why man because I got bored. I was gonna go to bed before I got bored. I watched SNL with Betty White last night. She's still got it. I remember watching the Golden Girls when I was little. I still watch it. I love the girls. I can't believe she's 88 years old. My little brother was born on her birthday too!!! How cool is that? I just love her. She looks so innocent & yet she can say whatever she wants to & we all laugh at it. I wanna be just like her when I grow up.

Amish Country, OH

This is what I woke up to this morning. Such a pretty spring day in Ohio.

We Went to a bulk food store(where I found mini Maple Nut Goodies), Heini's(best cheese in the world), Kauffman's Bakery(best creme horns) & Sunny Slope Orchard. It was a great little day trip. We did get lost a little, but then we finally found our way. I always have a blast hanging out with My Kelli. :-) She's the best. I love going to Holmes County. It's so beautiful there & peaceful. I love being out in the country. Ok not so much the smell from the pig farms, but hey it clears the sinuses. So my Mother tells me. Next trip I take will hopefully be up to Kirtland. I love the Amish people too. They are very friendly. The kids are very respectful not like some kids I see at work. It was a great trip & I look forward to eating my cheese & trail bologna. *mouth waters*

Freak Snowstorms...

Your little brothers/sisters/kids start wearing Pimp glasses. Yup Josh has been Akselized yet again. Either that or Aksel stopped by for a visit & my brother is borrowimg his sunglasses. Then again it might just be a Capricorn thing.
