But it was exhausting to work with them! I gotta say, the prejudice about beeing sneaky and blackbite alot is so true, at least for these women I worked with! :S
But I guess, even when you work with men, you have problems! I mean they can be as bitchy as we can! ;D
@Gordana I have almost always worked with all guys so I can't remember what it was like with women! There is one other woman in my group, and another department has all women with one man. I get along with everyone except the one coworker who annoys me. My boss says this guy has a crush on me! You would never know it.

I definitely need another good night of sleep. I am just not in the mood when I don't feel well!
It can be interesting some days, but others it's like the same thing over and over. I love the company and the pay is great so I stick with it.
The men I work with don't really get bitchy, but they have cliques with their sports talk. I am not into the normal American sports. I couldn't care less for football/baseball/basketball and that is mostly what they talk about.

@Mel ... LOL ... you don't have to goop it on like a bugger, just use a thin layer ... kinda like chapstick ... it helps to trap the pollen particles before they enter your system. Sometimes it helps.

ReplyDeleteQuarters is a drinking game. Basically you try to bounce a quarter off a table into a shot glass. If you make it, then you have to tell someone else at the table to chug their drink (usually beer). The point is to get drunk because the more beer you have the harder it is to hit the glass.

ReplyDeleteme and horses don't go together...I had a nasty experience with one a few years ago..
i heard horses galloping behind me and i thought it would spook my horse and take me off into the sunset!!!...i thought id never be seen again so i thought the safest thing to do was to throw myself off!!
which I did but i missed the grass and landed on the rocks instead...needless to say i was black and blue and felt I had been kicked from head to toe!!
apparantly my friends said I threw myself off very eligantly...!! lol
needless to say I've not been near a horse since...nor shall I..........!!!!!!!

But we hadn't had good skiers back then! No I do cheer for both, the Vikings and the Swiss! :D

ReplyDeleteI have to share this story because it's so insane. A college friend who lives in California always sends me these crazy out of nowhere gifts. Today I get home and there is a huge box of frosted sugar cookies. 36 of them!!! So I unwrap it to put 34 of them in the freezer and my dog almost threw his back out trying to get at them. He is a 5 pound Chihuahua and he ate almost half of one!!! OMG. I am trying to get him to run the sugar off so he doesn't keep me up all night.
Sonja has magic hands!!! I feel oh so much better!!! I can move without hurting!!! *sigh*
