It Is Cool!

Thanks to Aqua I had an idea. She pointed out that you could see the full pic on the main page & must be too big for the blog to post the full pic. So I figured I would save the pic & see if I could view the full pic. It worked!

  1. @Ekaterina & Dana I don't know what I did. I think maybe I went back to work too soon. It hurts, then gets stiff & acts like it wants to lock up.

    On the birghtside I found a new car. Well it's not new, but it's new to me. Hopefully I can talk Mom & Dad to take me up to get it.

    I'm sorry that your shoulder makes you problems again! Did you go to the doctor? I think you did go back to work too soon too!
    Please, take care of you and rest!

    I like the car that you found! Is it the same color like that one in the pic? It would be great for you to get it! Keep my fingers crossed for you!:))

  3. @Dana I'm going to call the doctor tomorrow & see what he says. That's what all my friends at work keep telling me. I'm glad you like the car I found. I like it too. Yup, it is. I wanted a blue car, but I do like red.

  4. Mel.
    I think like @dana and you said. It might be a littel too soon to be back at work. I also think it occurs very often after the surgery, and the doctor knows the best to do.

    On the brightside, my pc cannot show the site. It shows the site to "searchvkid=" and shows the pics of several cars. Is that Ford ?

    Then, please let us inform of your shoulder when you're back from the doctor's office tomorrow. I think it's summer time there, and
    the time zone from Ohio to Tokyo is 13 hours ? and from Central Europe to here, 7 hours, from dana to me, 6 hours. maybe.

    Hope you relax and the brightside grows, my dear Mel ! Hugs !

  5. I often talk about our bath time and bath custom in Japan. Having warm water in a bath tub is loved by all Japanese, and we always put bath oil or perfume, or bath powder......

    yes,... bath powder. .....

    * Great Bath Time *
    The leak of the contaminated water from the pit to the sea has not been stopped yet. Tepco has not discovered from where it comes. Then,the press conference by NISA.

    The high ranking official said,
    " We found out some suspicious spots of the water flow to the pit. To make it sure, we put the tracer in the water of the spots, one by one, to decide from which one the contaminated water comes into the pit, and then to the sea.
    The tracer is the colour. We use the bath powder as the tracer. " ..........

    @all.
    Have a nice new week !

  6. @Ekaterina It's a Chevy Aveo. I hoope that they stop the leak soon. All that water & radiation that's going into the ocean isn't good. :-(

    After class I will call the doctor & I will let everyone know what he said.

    It's so cool ! Chevy Aveo !

    I cross fingers for you, my dear Mel. Hope your doctor stops the trouble with your shoulder soon !

    On the other hand, the high level of the contaminated water leak has not been stopped yet. In the TV, it looks more like the flow than the leak.
    * Bad news *
    The high level contaminated water will be back to the tank which is built to store the contaminated water. But the tank is already full with the low level contaminated water, and Tepco decided to empty the tank, so the high level cotaminated water will be able to pumped up and run into the tank.
    To empty the tank, the low level contaminated water in it has to move, bc the all the other tanks are full or not get ready to use.
    Then Tepco let them flow into the ocean a few hours after the news conference on this matter. They say it is not harmful for us. I hope they're right.

    Kisses & Hugs !

  8. They are not going to do an MRI or anything because I haven't reinjuried myself. They just told me to keep taking the IB profin & that it takes a year for a shouldar to get back to normal. So basically I have to just live with the pain. Grr I hate doctors! I guess I'll be leaving early & calling off work until this gets better. *sighs*

  9. Happy Monday! How does your garden grow? Today I looked in my garden and my Iris is in bloom. I couldn't believe it was warm outside. We had snow and hail this weekend. Guess I can put away my gloves.

    @Dana My Dear Sis, Do you really have apricots in your garden? That sounds lovely, do they have a fragrance? Hope you feel better.

    @Ekaterina Wish I could breath in some cherry blossom air. I'm sure that would cure lots of things my dear Ekaterina. Happy Belated Birthday! Sorry I missed your birthday this weekend. Glad you had a happy day and delicious Chocolate Fondu with your Dad.

    @Mel I'm sorry your shoulder is bothering you again. You are amazing at this computer work, I didn't even realize it was ALS picture on his website. Guess I'm not very observant. Maybe you should give up manual work, and just do amazing computer stuff.

    @Nicolette Polar Bears LOL!

  11. @Mel.
    I'm afraid that any medice has the side effect more or less. I don't actually know about the side effect from IB profin, however, I suppose the doctor recommended you to take it only when you feel the strong pain. Am I right ?
    Crossing my fingers for you, my dear Mel !

    @Giffy.
    Thanks, my dear Giffy !!!
    I'm doing well. But unfortunately, our cherry blossoms are not so nice this year compared to the previous years. It's not because of the radiation. ... :-))) It's because we had we had the dredful hot summer last year.

    @corinna.
    Sorry !
    The bath powder is the bath additive, something similar to the bath salts you use. We normally put it which is liquid, solid, or powder, in the warm water in the bathtub.
    NISA thought that the powder was better to use, because it is colored. But NISA chose the color " milky white " btw, and we don't know why. Because the bath powder has several colors like " cobalt blue ", " rose pink " " forest green " and so on. NISA said they use it as the tracer of the water, but we think the milky white is not the proper color to use in this case. My dad simply said that high ranking official use the milky white bath powder at his home.
    We've been so much disappointed with our slow government, Tepco, and NISA, and we are very very much pleased with the assistance by the US, France, Germany( do you know the Ausland minister of Germany visited us ? ), and other countries. It's true.

    Take good care with your shoulder, Mel. I know, pain with the shoulder is a very nasty thing!

    The Nissan car is great! We call this kind of car nice little "Flitzer"!

    And thanks for posting the whole Longines poster, it looks totally different and is indeed pretty cool!!

    @Ekateria

    Bathing in cobalt blue bathing water, I like that idea very much, Ekaterina!

    It is by the time now, that help from USA, France and Germany is finally accepted by Japan! I read somewhere that approx. 139 countries wanted to offer their help!

    Hope very much, that they did not loose precious time to fight against all this big troubles with the AKW. From now, I call the the nuclear power station with the Swiss abbrevation "AKW", if you don't mind, Ektaterina!

    About the contamined water that they had to put into the sea, I did not yet understand why the can say that it is not severe for the environment. Did Tepco already have any interview with the fish and plants of the sea?? My godness!!

    Over the weekend we had some important politic selection of the canton of Zurich, and the politician whit a "green" mind took most of the seats!!

    After a break on Monday with only 12 degrees, we go back to Spring weather. It is so beautiful to see the Magnolia trees with the huge blossoms!

    @All
    Have a pleasant day and enjoy Spring time!!

    At the moment, I follow the economy/finance development regarding the Fukushima effect. In my opinion, it is quite interesting what happens.

    Beside of NZZ I have very often a look into cash.ch, that is a kind of finance information site, more the popular kind, easy to follow. For a quick info, I can recommend it.

    Here the links, as always I hope you like it, and most important you can open the links, dear Ekaterina! LOL

    www.cash.ch

    Again, if you google the link into English, it should be possible to read everything.

    This article, I found interesting:

    http://www.cash.ch/news/topnews/ubs_japan_schadet_atomkraft_mehr_als_tschernobyl_-1020775-771

    You find it under top news.

    If you do not like the cash.ch, please forget about, Ekaterina!

    Wish you a calm & pleasant evenening, Ekaterina!

    Forgot to say, if you are really interested in economy/finance from the Swiss "sight", the NZZ has the deeper and extended information, more intelectual as well as international.

  16. @Nicoletta.
    Thanks, Nicolettchen, for the link of cash!
    I read it. Since March 11, I've read the news about our AKW in the media abroad by internet.
    The link is nice.

    The interpreters between fishes and Tepco ran away, bc they didn't want to enjoy the radiation bathing. They acted much faster than Japanese government, I think.

    btw, Nicoletta, do you know that the Fukushima 1 is not only one AKW which was damaged by tsunami in March 11 ? The other one is the Onagawa AKW, located about 130km from the Fukushima 1. But the Onagawa was safely controlled, bc one of its urgent power was not damage, so the cooling system is OK. AKV cannot be safe without the cooling system.
    The difference between O & F is, O is built on the place of 13 height while F is built on the 10m height. And there are a long distance between 2 urgent powers in O, but they are near each other in F.

    I know it's too late to say, but F should have taken more safety measures. We have one more thing which is too late to say, that's our prime minister, Mr. Kan. He did not understand much about AKW, and he declined the offer from the US shortly after March 11. The US worried about the melt down, but Mr. Kan thought the situation was not so serious. I think he was among few Japanese who thought AKW was safe when it was stopped. Mr. Kan underestimated the cooling system, which is vital for the safety of AKW.
    I'm really happy that the government accepts the assistance, support, help from abroad now.

    Have a pleasant evening, my dear Nicoletta ! Hugs !

    @Dana

    I was really wondering where your comment is, dear Dana! First, I wanted to ask "the smile expert" if Aksel's newest smile is to count as a real Aksel-like- smile. LOL
    Like everybody, I am happy too with the smile. Aksel seems to enjoy the testing and hopefully he will also improve his skis & boots.

    @Ekaterina

    Thank you for all your interesting (and funny) info about the AKW. Will contact you tomorrow on the blog, Ekaterina, my Sweetheart is at home now!

    Good night!
    Hugs & Kisses!
