Nicole: There is a Wii Fit game where you are in a bird suit and you have to flap your arms to fly to differnt platforms. With the weighted gloves it is an awsome workout!
ReplyDelete@Buckeye Girl - the flying chicken exercise was the first one I ever played on the Wii fit plus. It is an excellent workout for the arms. You have to give a round of applause to the people who created the Wii. Without it, I would never go skiing. This way I get to do it in the comfort of my home.

@Nicole So the thunderstorm/mini tornado (not really a tornado but it seemed like it to me!) blew through right in the middle of my Zumba class, there were winds up to 60mph with heavy rain and nasty lightening, the lights went out at the gym 3 times, I was freaking out (inside of course)I didn't want to seem like a wimp, so I kept thinking about what you said earlier and it totally and got me through! Thanks again for the suggestion, it DEFINITELY helped me tonight ;D

haha The kids weren't his! lol It was a cookout for kids, hosted by the firemen! I always end up being the babysitter *cough* I mean security guard for those kids! But I love it!!! They were great...but there was one that kept trying to get around me and run onto the slide in front of the people waiting in line...I had to scoop him up a bunch of times and finally I just kept him on my hip and let five people go before him...he was WAILING!!! But hey, I can be a fun girl, but I can be strict too! ...Take that to heart, Cougars!!! lol ;P
