@Ekaterina I loved the traits of you baby Sis. My goodness, she is an amazing cat! I'll go back when I have more time and memorize them.

@Corinna Just a quick visit on this site to check in. Just wanted to say: We're all excited for you. Nice to have a compliment from your Dad.

@Mel Keep up the good work. Hope you have a good weekend.

  10. @ekaterina my parents own an appartment down in italy at the lago di garda, it is a big appartment village for holidays, with three pools, restaurant, bakery, tenniscourt, basketballfield, volleyballfield and soccerfield!

the whole village as also a security and you just came in with a special card!

there are italiens, germans and austrians who are the owner of the appartments and a lot of the ppl rent the appartments during the summer time for ppl who wants to make holiday down there!

it is said that this is one of the most bautiful holiday complex at the lago di garda!

    can you see this one?

    http://server3.kleiderkreisel.de/images/item_photos/00157/76549/IMG_9719.JPG?1306348338

  11. @corinna.
    How nice ! corinna !
You can totally relax at the lago di Garda, bc it's your home in Italy ! And it's so good with the excellent security. It's very important.

The holiday village in the Lago di Garda sounds awesome. The most of the holiday villages in Japan is run by the government, so it's not expensive, but it lacks of the high sense and not attractive fo people. ... ;-(

I'm looking forward to read your report on your holiday there and about the wind surfing instructor, corinna. I leave Tokyo for Berlin in August 16th, so I think I'll read it when I'm back home.

btw, my pc is so stupid and it does not ahow the site. But your dress looks feminine.

  12. @corinna.
Hope you enjoy packing, my dear corinna !

  13. @dana.
It seems Nicoletta and corinna enjoy the fresh summer, but we do not. ...
But I feel it is not so hot as last summer in both Campina & Tokyo this year. However it'll be very hot in Tokyo this week about 35°C/25°C every day, but I think it's the peak this week, at least I hope so.
It's hot in Arad today about 35°C/19°C, but not in Campina.

Anyhow, I think I must start packing and so on for the departure day next Tuesday. I think I feel a bit guilty to have holiday this year thinking about 3.11 and also about the world economy. It's just OK for the travellers like me that Japanese Yen is strong, but really bad for the whole economy of Japan. We Japanese people are all surprised with the news last weekend that the US credit rating was downgraded from AAA to AA-plus. Nobody can forecast what happens next. But I also think it's wasting time to think about these things too much. It's only the history we are facing, and we can seek something private.

Hope you, my dear dana, your son Tudor, dad Ion, and your kids Zorro & Mishu are all well and fine !
    Kisses & Hugs !
    Love !

  14. @Corinna

You are a lucky girl, Corinna!

It is real great that your parents own a beautiful appartment at Lago di Garda, so I understand why it is your "second home". HaHa

The dress in black/red is really cute! For me another prove, the colours make it!!

Was thinking about shoes, ballerinas, sandals, no problem anything goes!

Perhaps we ask our shoe expert, Giffy! Don't you think so, Giffy??

  15. @Ekaterina

Fresh Summer, you name it the right way! At the moment it is between 10-18 degrees and rainy!

The weather roller coaster continous, Wednestday it will start again with around 25, and the next days until Sunday, we go back to real warm Summer weather up to 30 degrees!

But all in all, it was a real bad, rainy Summer! Not so nice for the school children not able to go abroad.

Cross my fingers, that you have lovely end of Summer weather when you stay in Germany, Ekaterina!

  16. @Ekaterina

What happens to the world economy is a real tragedy!

So many bad earthquakes we had already, no one knows if the leaders/governments can avoid the super Tsunami!

You say it, the Japanese Yen, the Swiss franc and are superb for travelling!

From 19-14 September we will spend some euros in Corsica/Sardinia! HaHa

    @All

    Wish you a beautiful week!

    Health is the most important!

    ReplyDelete
  17. @Nicoletta.
The rainy summer is not fun.
btw, I remember " Hochwasser " in Switzerland some years ago. I think it was in Switzerland. When I switched on TV in my room of the hotel in Bayreuth, I watched some swans in the lake which was connected with some beautiful buildings, and I thought it was beautiful view in Switzerland. Then some minutes after that, I learned it was an emergency view, bc it was the flood.

Thank you, Nicolettchen ! I'm looking forwad to my holiday.

Then, yes ! exactly. There are some earthquakes in the world economy and we must get ready to prevent it from super tsunami.

and Nicoletta, are you going to stay in C/S from August 19 to September 14 ? or from September 14 to 19 ?
    It looks wonderful holiday !
Hope you are not annoyed by cough anymore, my dear Nicoletta !

    ReplyDelete
  18. @Corinna Your dress is darling and I'm sure you're beautiful in it! I know you will have a wonderful time in Italy. You deserve a nice vacation you work so hard.

@Nicoletta Hello dear! Hope you are well? It was a rainy June, hot July, and August Is going by fast here. I would recommend strappy sandles, to show off her pretty feet, if you asked me. What color though?

@Ekaterina I hope you have some very comfortable walking shoes. I think you're going to be doing a lot of touring? Do you take many pictures on your trips? I'm happy you are able to go on a great vacation you deserve it. Enjoy! You don't need to feel guilty, spend that yen! :)

@Dana Hope you have a good week dear Sis! Did you spend the weekend bike riding with your friend? I had a very quiet weekend at home with my dear husband and floated on our lake. Luckily didn't get sunburnt this year.

    ReplyDelete
  19. @Ekaterina

What did I write?! That was a typo!

We go to C/S between 19 September until 24 September (only 6 days) but I hope for some great days! We travel with the same travel agency like before!

We know once more the bus driver, sometimes we met a couple again, because we travel since about 10 years with that organisation. We were always happy.

Organizing holidays is my favorite occupation. It should be in a certain price range, so we travel by bus. Beside of that it is the most agreable way to travel for us, and we had never problems with the other guests, neither with organisation or accomodation.

Enjoy your holiday, Ekaterina, and spend some Euros in beautiful Germany.

    We live just once!

    ReplyDelete
  20. @Giffy

Floating with your husband in the lake sounds nice! Love it, so if he is finally some days at home, you enjoy it. Wonderful!

    Strappy sandals, great!

Coulour: dark red would be cool, even a dark brown, or simply black!

It depends, what do you means are you a red shoes type of woman, Corinna?

    @Corinna

The countdown is also running form you. Soon it will be the 12th August!

    It's Strober.

happy to know you enjoyed a peaceful and beautiful weekend with your husband, my dear Giffy !

  23. @Ekaterina I like those sandals, and the names and colors. Lava. They look very comfortable for walking around and sight-seeing.

@Nicoletta Glad you have a vacation to look forward to as well. Everyone is going somewhere exciting. I'm so happy for you all!

    ReplyDelete
  24. @Ekaterina

At the moment we have very havy rainfalls, so it reminds me what you said about floods in Switzerland!

You are right, we have very often nasty floods in Switzerland.

Oh dear, I felt in love with your sandals, Ekaterina!

Exactly what I need for the future, because I have very sensitive feet.

But I love absolutely fashionable, chic shoes! LOL

    @Giffy

You can count on me in your shoe club, Giffy!

Do you take in new members?

I promiss, in the future, I will only buy real good and comfortable shoes.

    @All

Believe me, as I saw the Swiss francs vs Euro this morning, I got nearly a heart attack!

For the desaster going on the world wide stock exchanges I have simply NO WORDS!

Perhaps I should take into consideration to buy shoes and small things in near Konstanz/Germany in the future.

Konstanz is situated at the border to Switzerland.

One way by train will take me around 1 1/2 hour from my home.

Germany has a lot of comfortable quality shoes, and with the very deep Euro it could be interesting.

I heard, a lot of Swiss travel to Germany to go on a shopping spree!

My goodness, were do we end!

    ReplyDelete
  28. @Nicoletta.
I'm not good at economy, but I see CHF is very strong currency.

In Japan, the news only talks about USD vs JPN, and 1 USD is almost 76 JPY today. The JPY has been historically strong against USD, and it's only fun for travellers and not at all fun for our economy.

Then how about CHF vs JPY ? My dear Nicoletta, I really regret about Fukushima, bc CHF is getting stronger and stronger against JPY, so it would be good opportunity for you & your partner to visit Japan ! But I cannot recommend you to visit us, bc it is not safe here yet.

btw, I feel that " the market " enjoys the money game too much. I know " the market " is ruled and controlled by some groups of investors and I know it is strictly business, but I often think they play the game too much.

btw, ( quite another one ) it looks terrible in GB.

Hope you have a happy day, Nicolettchen !
    Kisses & Hugs !
    Love !

  29. @Corinna Very cute ballerina shoes. They look comfortable for everything, including dancing! :)

@Ekaterina & Nicoletta Yes, you can join my shoe club. Of course we're always accepting new members. BTW, this is what I usually wear, if fact I'm wearing them now.

    http://www.agentprovocateur.com/footwear/mules/info/pom-pom-mules~pink

    ReplyDelete
  30. @Giffy.
What a pretty mule it is ! Giffy ! I love it !The color is my favorite, too !

... btw ... It looks a bit difficult for me to wear them. ... why? ... I think my baby sis takes it and insists it's hers. ... WHY? ... She loves the pompon made from fur very very much !!! In fact, I bought a brooch of pompon fur one day, then she found it and said she wanted it. So I took pin off and gave it to her safely. She put her cheek on it and looked very happy.

    ReplyDelete
  31. @giffy haha that reminds me of sex and the city on that part where carrie buys shoes which looks similary to this!
    i love them too!

@giffy and nicoletta i wear ballerinas the most time in summer, or flip flop or i go barefoot!
and this one i posted are real comfortable and real great also for dancing!
i have 4 pairs of them at home! lol i bought them so much bc i like them so much!

    ReplyDelete
  32. @Ekaterina

Hmmm, visiting Japan would be great! But I regret to far away for my travel agency! The bus does not go to Japan. LOL

And I presume, it would definetely not be in my price range. I am not so familiar with chf/jpn but as jpn is a very strong currency too, it is not cheap for us.

You are right, great fear, pancic and a big group of gamblers are causing this turmoils.

Everybody is changing his money into chf (for example the Greeks), so Swiss franc gets stronger and stronger.

Also very much concerned about England. This young people are not aware that they destroy life and income of just ordinairy working people with a little shop or so!

The young are so angry, because they don't see a future, that's a pitty.

    ReplyDelete
  33. @Giffy

Your pantolettes look very sexy, Giffy!

Do you really wear them or are you kidding us, Giffy??

Sorry Giffy, I would totally ruin them with 2 or 3 steps, I have to much weight for this kind of shoes, and I am absolutely not used to high heels, in fact, I never was! LOL

    @Giffy @Corinna @Ekaterina

As I was in Corinna's age my favorite were also ballerinas! Also during Summer, then bare foot.

Now, I like a broad? heel around 3-5 cm, because my jeans/trowsers have this lenght.

I like very much booties, only very comfortable ones, they can be a little sexy.

I love elegant, classical, eventually pointy shoes, multi-comfortable ones, so I can walk many kilometers without thinking, and going straight my way. Then I feel real good!

At home, I wear all the time espandrilles (since ages!!), during Winter with colourful socks, pink or violet, turquise!

At home, I like it cosy and very comfortable.

Good night my dear friends, the time passes so quick!

    Take care!

    Hugs & Kisses!

!!! I wish the bus could swim. !!!
Nicolettchen, I check it and know CHF is much stronger against JPY.

BTW It's very very hot in Japan now. It is said it will last until early next week. ..:-(

See you later, I'm going to the dentist.

    Wow, bye-bye Mr. Kan!

Wish you a beautiful evening, dear Ekaterina!

    ReplyDelete
  42. @Nicoletta.
You're just amazing, Nicolettchen ! How did you know it !?

yes, he leaves the office at last. But we're not sure if the would-be new one works better or not, bc so many problems ahead.

One of them is of course the Fukushima 1. About 3,000 workers per one day in the Fukushima 1 right now. The radiation level there is very high enough for one worker to work hours and hours. So at least 3,000 workers per one day are needed. My dad thought about 20,000 workers per one day are needed, and I think he's right. But it's almost impossible to recruit such many workers.

It's only only one of the so many problems we're facing now. As for the economy, it has been worse and worse already before 3.11 , and you see what's going on.

I know we have to " change ", but I would not forget to enjoy life ! ... :-)))

Have a fresh and beautiful evening, my dear Nicoletta !

My purse is handmade in Switzerland!

There is a very small leather factory in Zermatt with the name Perren! The material is buffalo.

I bought my purse in the so called "house of brands" Jelmoli which is frequently visited by the rich tourists, like arabs, etc.

Sometimes I go there to watch the scenery. There is also a Agent Provocateur! LOL
