We have this week lovely
weather, very mild, today around 17 degrees! Like spring in automn, Ha, Ha. Crazy, because in October it was so cold!!

It seems fun to challenge it, because I can learn many things from the start. In fact I have to prepare the " material " first and start to prepare for cooking. I think I have enough time next weekend and I'm going to make some preparation for it this weekend. I'm so excited, dana !

ReplyDeleteI can't say exactly how many days you have to wait to ferment, it depends on how warm is the place you keep the jar! I think it's ready in 10-12-15 days!
