I can't believe that tomorrow is the last day of 2010. It feels like it was just yesterday that I was at Kelli's house waiting for the ball to drop for 2010 & drinking a Strawberry Daiquiri. This year has gone by too fast. Though I did 'meet' some great girls. :-)
May the the year 2011 bring us all a lot of happiness and peace!! HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL OF YOU!!! Love you all!!

Yes, you're absolutely right. I think I was just lucky that a hurt in my nerve was not serious one. Although I suffered from horrible dizziness, it did not continue for long, and I had a quick recovery. It's true, Thanks to God.
btw, I also think the same way as dana. and the USA is a bit too far, and Aksel and Julia would not pleased with jetlag while other European racers spend days at regular hours.

btw, does thyroid have any relation with the blood pressure ? I'm sorry I'm totally blind about these. When you feel hungry and like to eat the salty stuff, you feel thirsty after that ? I've heard the balance between Na & K.
But anyhow the best seems not to get tired so much before you are really exhausted, I think.

Yesterday I took the last change to go to my hairdresser because I looked a bit strange, Ha, Ha. I have had already an appointment on the 7th January, but on this day will be the "Lauberhorn downhill" and you will understand that I will watch that on TV. So hairdresser on that day is really a "no go". LOL!

ReplyDeleteI don't know if the thyroid has something to do with the blood pressure but I surely can tell you that it disturbs all your endocrine system! And it makes you feel like you have some other diseases, like you have hearts problems, it may give you panic attacks, your skin becomes dry, you may be sleepy or all contrary, you may lose weight or grow fat, it depends if you have hypo or hyper thyroid!
And I have to come back to our "friend", the stress!! This is one of the most important factors that may drive crazy your thyroid.
Yes, I feel thirsty after I eat salty stuff.
I promise to take care of myself, though I'm a bit lazy regarding this!:))
