I'm totally gonna miss seeing his helmets. I'm both sad & happy that he is retiring. It's always good to retire on a good note rather than a low note. I wonder what he will do now...

Snow, Snow & More Snow

If Aksel's theory is correct he should come to Canton & drive around! The snow we had is now gone. :-( I get to go back to work, but they are taking .40 cents away from me. Not happy about that, but it will work for now because I'm applying at a medical billing place & hopefully I get in there. *crosses fingers*

Tonight my dear Parakeet, Cherpy, that I have had for 5 years died. Noel & Cherpy had gotten into a fight & he died of his injuries in my hand. I tried my best to save him, but it was his time to leave. He was a good bird, he was a pretty bird, he was my little puffball & I will miss him. It's sad to loose a pet. Especially one that you are very attached to. He is buried in the backyard flower bed. This is the third pet that I have buried in our yard. I've lost fish & other birds, but I didn't feel the need to bury them. I just couldn't see Cherpy being put in a trash bag & taken to the city dump with all the trash.

Sorry to make everyone sad...on the bright side we have snow in Ohio now & Ella loves it!

I tried to find a ski pic that said Happy New Year, but I could only find a snowboarding...I think it's a bear...not sure. I hope everyone rang in the new year with people they love. I have a few more minutes until it's January 1st.

Today Is The Worst Day Ever!!!

So I have been avoiding Diana from personnel for about 3 weeks. I had a feeling that they were going to try to screw me. Sorry, let me start from the beginning. The doctor put me on permanent restrictions for work last month. They had me fill out some paperwork for disability. They have their own private disability company. Anyway, they denied it & now I'm on leave with no pay. :-( They have 60 days to find me a position if they don't I'm gone for good. Yeah I hate working for them, but at least I had money. After next pay I don't know if I'm gonna get anything. I don't think I have any personal time left. I may have some sick time, but I don't really know. There is always my vacation time, but I was saving that for Florida. I'm gonna give them a week or two & if they haven't found me another position I'm gonna go apply were my brother-in-law works. Plus there is still no snow. I'm thinking I'm a little depressed...who wouldn't be when your put on permanent restrictions, it's winter & there is no snow & to top it all off your basically out of a job. :-( *bangs head on keyboard* Do you think Aksel would hire me to cook & clean for him? LOL Oh & to make awesome drinks for everybody. ;-)

First Snow

We got our first dusting of snow. Ella is not sure what to make of it. I can't wait until we get some real snow to see what she does. She is terrified of the Christmas Tree though. LOL School is out for a month. Don't know what my grades are yet though. Gonna enjoy my break & hopefully stay out of the house as much as possible.

Coming To A Wal-Mart Near You...

Yup that's right! Next time you go in to buy anything you may get a free syringe filled with God only knows what. One of the over-night stockers got jabbed with one a few weeks ago. I just found out about it otherwise I would have been telling everybody already. It had heroine, cocaine & benadryl in it. He has to go get a ton of shots & be checked every couple weeks or months to make sure he didn't get anything. Then another one was found by the front door. It's crazy & now I so don't ever want to go to work again. I'll be checking the toilet seats to see if there are any taped there. Then in Georgia they had them in the clothes!
