Calling All Speedoholics & Akseloholics
Today we have a mixed meeting of Speedoholics & Akseloholics. Remember that this is a safe place & nothing can hurt you here. My name is Mel & I'm an Akseloholic.
I'm sorry I haven't been on here much, but university takes more time that I thought. Especially reading all that stuff! I'm already behind on that! ;) grrr....
How are you all doing? how was your week till today? :)
So we have another akseloholice meeting? was about time! :P haha There is goes: My name is Anja and I'm an Akseloholic! And I'm addicted to winter and skiing/snowboarding in general! :D (and that's just the beginning lol)
@am hi! :) how are you doing? Hell yea!!! I can't wait for the season to start!!!! :D It's going to be sooo great!!! :D Not just watching the races on tv, but also going skiing myself! :D I'm so damn excited for winter and all around it to start! :D (haha as you can see ;P)
@anja i´m doing good so far and i also can´t wait till season starts, i going the first time skiinng this winter on the 22 of october, at least i hope so, in sölden lmao
@anja yes from friday to sunday, we driving up from home on friday at 8 am,and i hope that we will be there at 10 or 11 am, so we can check in the hotel and then skiing in the afternoon, in the evening we go out for a little bit apres ski and on saturday again skiing and on sunday we going to watch the mens rtl and then we go back home again
@Corinna uh oh! NICE!!! :D So maybe I get to see you in tv on sunday?! :D 'go out for a little bit apres ski'?! just a little bit?! I bet it's going to be huge! ;D just imagine all the ppl that will be there! :D Argh you're going to have soooo much fun!!! :D ah I see! you'll just watch the men! ;D hehe I'm always doing the same! :D I never watch the ladies! ;D haha And don't forget to give us a detailed report on monday! :D haha
@anja you all will get a detail report from me on monday then. so you have to watch for sure on tv if you see me. normally when i be at home i watch both, or at least more the mens but my mom and dad watch both so it is on tv, and then i have a look also when the womens have a race. oh yes just a little bit apres ski i will go skiing on saturday and then i don´t need a headache lmao
@Corinna haha I'm looking forward to that! ;) yea I'll watch closely every time the show the spectator. yea my mom is the same, she watches both too. But I don't watch the women that closely and when it is a GS or SL I just watch the second run. :) sorry to say that, but somehow it's not that interessting. ;D Oh right! skiing with a hangover is also dangerous, especially with so many ppl on the slopes. :D Well I was skiind with a headache once (not from a hangove though) and actually being outside in the fresh air helped a lot! :D Gosh you're going to have so much fun... :D
Hi girls... back in, and immediately out.. :-( sorry, but i don´t have time at the moment.. it´s quite busy over here. Feels like i just came back from Zurich and directly leave for Poland. Think it does not only feel like this but is like this! ;-)

Okay, so I went to go pick up a ticket yesterday for a concert that I'm going to tonight! And I had talked to the person via e-mail beforehand. So I get to the place, and there's a really really cute guy there! Soooo cute! And turns out, he's the guy I'd been talking to!!! He was really nice and polite, and super cute!!!!!! ...@Giffy Not foreign, sorry. But not taken either! ;D LOL Just a little update! LOL ;P
@corinna LOL No, I don't have his number but my friend knows him really well and she said that she wants me to chase after him because she wants to be able to look at something!!! LOL ;P She's terrible! LOL

@dana i´m fine. at the weekend i go to buy me some new poles, have to do dogsitting the most time of the weekend during the day, going out with my friends, bringing my skis for waxing them, going on a big farmer market and on sunday i cook chinese food and i have to write my work project i have to finish it and you?

How the Heck is Everyone? Not much time to get on here and chat lately, so I am always way behind on the conversation. Sounds like everyone is very busy! But I can't wait for the season to start! YEAH!
Did anyone see the Television interview that Aksel was in most recently???? If yes, is there a vid somewhere? Of course, it's going to be in Norwegian and i won't understand a word of it, but it will be nice to see our boy!

Finally got some meds from the Dr. So Happy about it. I go Tuesday for my MRI. I have a very busy weekend ahead of me. Work all day tomorrow & a baby shower on Sunday.
I hope everybody enjoys their weekend.
*starts sing* On the road again just can't wait to get on the road again. The life I love is skiing with my friends. I can't wait to get on the road again.
Going places that are covered with snow. Seeing things all covered in white. I can't wait to get on the road again.
Like a band of gypsies we go down the highway. We're the best of friends. Insisting that world keep turning our way & our way. On the road again...
Hope you had a good weekend! Mine was nice...wish I were still home, but oh well; at least I got to go back! :D
And the whole math thing...I'm just tired of feeling lost and feeling like I can't do it. I've never been good in math, so once I'm done, I'm done! I just want to get it over with! It was definitely the kick I needed to get me motivated though! :D

@Anja I hear you on the short weekend part...I got no homework done and it was way too short! I got to see some friends, but definitely not all! I got my motivation back by getting what I believe to be a terrible grade! Gave me a wake up call! I realize I have to do way more for this math class than I was ever willing to put in...but it has to be done... I haven't chosen my classes for next semester yet...that's going to take a while! LOL ;P
Oh, okay...I know the World Cup is over and the skiing season is about to start...but today in my class, the guy in front of me had his laptop! He opens it up, and who's on the screen? Ronaldo...really?! Thank goodness he covered up the picture with a document...I was so ready to slap that kid!!! LOL ;P
