  1. @Mel !!!
    Thanks for the last one & this one !!!

    When I woke up this morning, I found the BD party blog, and I wanted to post it soon, but I was busy, and thought I would do it later.
    And I'm just coming back shortly before 15:00, and I found the glorious Attacking Viking post !!!

    Bravo !!!

    Thank you, my dear Mel, I feel I were there with you enjoying the party.
    And thanks for the pic in this blog, bc I was a little too busy to check Aksel's race as always.

    How's your report then ? Since I knew about your report on the body language, I've watched every press conferences by politicians & high ranking officials very carefully.

    Is it the last race for Aksel this season ?

    Have a nice spring day, my dear Mel !

    @Nicoletta.
    Thank you Nicolettchen for the link of NZZ with " how to do it " ... :-))) It's so helpful !

    Glad to know the info you and other girls here have and the info I have are the same. And it's interesting to see several senses of ways to report. All the reports from abroad are very nutritious to me !!!

    @all ladies !
    It's been cold. People here talk about it. They say it's been cold since March 11, and I think so, too. We think it's because of the magma. We are not sure, however, we often talk about the magma after the big earthquake. Although there is no volcanic eruption around the disastrous areas, it's apparent that the huge energy acted wildly inside the earth.

    We haven't had a big shakes for these couple of days. There are still some in the disastrous areas, but not big. They are under the Richter Scale around 4.0 , and I'm happy about it. But .....

    * The Fukushima 1 *
    Stable, by and large.
    But the latest report makes us dizzy. It's about the water inside the turbine building of the nr.2. The very high level of radiation is monitored. No leak from the building to outside. The US navy helps us offering many systems to us.
    This is the update for today from here, I think.
    The good news is the three persons who were exposed to radiation will be able to leave hospital in a few days. They are just slightly injured, the doctor says.

    Have a nice time in lovely spring !
    Kisses & Hugs !

    Three Vikings on the podium look great!!

    @All ladies

    My most favorite is Nr.16 ! It's not because of Japan. It looks like me & my baby sister. ( really !? YES, REALLY !! )
    Nr.32 & Nr.39 are also my favorite. I love the atmosphere, and I knew they are from Norway later.

    Have a beautiful sunday afternoon, my dear Nicoletta !

    * A Funny One-Way Conversation *

    As I've mentioned here several times, we've had many opportunities to watch the press conferences by many people in the TV.
    Here is the one from NISA (The Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency) about the contaminated water which the radioactive iodine was detected 1,250 times above the maximum level allowable.

    The high ranking official said,
    " If a person drank 500ml of seawater containing the same level of contamination, it would be the average dosage which a person is exposed annually. "

    My dad and I said,
    " Ach so. But we're sorry we don't drink 500ml seawater annually. "

    Have a pleasant new week !!!

  8. @Ekaterina

    You make me laugh, Ekaterina!!

    You and your dad are priceless!!
    Keep on that good mood! It is a wonderful way to cope with this extreme situation.
    All the best, Ekaterina!
    Hugs & Kisses!

  9. @ekaterina so you never drink seawater?! lmao that is a good one! hope you are alright?

  10. @Nicoletta. @corinna. @dana. @Nicole. & @all ladies !

    The contaminated water, which was found in the basement of the turbine building, was also newly found in the trench under the basement.

    The head office of TEPCO ( Tokyo Electric Power Co. ) had a press conference some hours ago, and it was broadcasted live in the TV. The man from TEPCO was asked by the reporter about the size of the trench.

    * Unbelievable harmony, LIVE *
    The man from TEPCO answered,
    " I don't know, bc I've never been there. "

    My dad and I looked at each other, and said,
    " We've never been there, either. "

  11. @Ekaterina LOL It's good that you can make jokes about it. My report is almost done I just have to add the citations & print it out.

    I got an A on my algebra test. YAY! Back to my paper.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Deatrice did her paper! I'm so happy she did it. Now I have to put the papers together in a way that they make sense. Oh and I have to come up with a title for it too. I have no clue though. How about The Deception of lies? IDK Oh & I have to write another 2 page paper that is supposed to be a response to on of the essays in our book. *sigh* I thought I was done with everything except putting our papers together. I'll work on that tonight. I'm gonna play & give my poor brain a rest before my fav class.

    I hope that everyone has had a good day today.

    ReplyDelete
  13. @mel i know how you feel i also have to write something! my replay for my bobath work training!

    good luck with it and for you also a good day!

  14. @Corinna Good luck, my dear! Thanks! I'm having a great day so far. My next class is about to start in a few so I better get off here & head to the class room.

  15. @Mel.
    Congrats, Mel ! on getting A on algebra !
    Surely I expect you get A again on the report !

    btw, Mel, Have you ever heard about the calendar of the Inca ? Although I'm rather doubtfyl about it, it says the very bad thing would happen in 2011 & 2012. I hope time passes without so many bad things anyway.

    Hope you enjoy school life, my dear Mel !
    Hugs ! I'm a bit sleepy today. Good night !

    ReplyDelete
  16. @Ekaterina Do you mean the Mayan Calendar? Yeah it does say bad things will happen in 2011/2012. It also says the world will end on 12/21/2012. After everything that has happened the past year or so it does make me wonder if it is true. I hope I get an A on the report too!

  17. Hey Ladies!

    Take a look at this kid from "Norway's Got Talent"
    So cool!!!

    ReplyDelete
  18. @mel and ekaterina it not says that the end will happen on 2012 just the calendar of the mayans end there and a new one will begin, like at our calendar from 2010 to 2011 or from 1999 to 2000 you know, it just says that some things will change, but not that the world will end!

    ReplyDelete
  19. oh and i forget i also read:that maybe the scientists have miscalculated by 200 years. bc noone can exactly say when the calendar of the mayans really began!

    ReplyDelete
  20. @Mel.
    Yes, it's the Mayan Calendar. ... :-)))
    I just thought about it, bc Tsunami easily destroys anything, and 70 % of the earth is sea. And we don't know actually much about the inside the earth except it's a kind of a living creature.

    My dear Mel, I'm sure you get a A on the report, too !!!

    ReplyDelete
  21. @corinna.
    Reading your comment, I think the new calendar from our 2012 or 2013 will be a good one ! And let's expect the scientist to calcurate it correct, so that we'll be able to cerebrate it !
    Did you meet a host-family of your friend ?

  22. @Nicole.
    Thanks for the link ! I'll check it later.
    Hope you have happy days, my dear Nicole !

    When do you visit the doctor to see the result of the test ?
    Hope you're well and fine, at least enjoy a spring day.

    Congrats to your A in Algebra! And good luck for the next essay! I am sure, if your really want, you are a great student, Mel!

    @Corinna
    This are really good news that the world does not end in 2012, Corinna!
    Glad to hear, the Mayan calender starts new around 2012/13, with or without the miscalculation! LOL

    @Nicole
    Thanks for the link with this funny Norwegian talent!

    @Dana
    Top on the world! Thanks for reminding me of that song, Dana! The song would even suit to the magnifique environment that Aksel is enjoing at the moment!
    I am very happy about his decision, he is definitely a man from the North! I presume, he is able to enjoy the beauty of the nature there and can refresh body & soul!

    Hope you are fine, dear Dana, and all the troubles are under control??

    @Ekaterina
    Believe me, dear Ekaterina, my feelings for the Atom plants in Fukushima are getting more and more peculiar! The question is now, what is Tepco hiding more, and what will come out next!!
    Oh dear, hope so much for you and your dad and the baby sister, hat finally they can stop these "total desaster" in the Nuclear plants!
    How is life, Ekaterina?
    Any news?

    ReplyDelete
  25. @Dana
    Better said ..., thank you for thinking of me, dear Dana!!

    @All
    Have a beautiful day!!
    Carpe diem, ladies!

  26. @Ekaterina & Nicoletta
    Thank you so much for your concern, you're very kind!
    Unfortunately I didn't do my blood tests bc I caught a cold and I have a sore throat, I cough, I hardly breathe and I have a pain in my chest! I have to take antibiotics and it seems it works, in the morning I felt pretty bad but now I can say I'm better! But I feel so tired and I need to rest.
    Thanks again!

    @Ekaterina
    I see Fukushima is still the most worrying thing there! How are you and your family? Have you stated the piano lessons?
    I was so impressed to see on tv the funeral of so many people that lost their lives bc of tsunami! I send you all my compassion and my prayers!
    Hope the spring will bring a little joy into the heart of every Japanese!
    Love you, my dear Ekaterina!

    @Nicoletta
    When I saw the picture on ALS, the first thing that came in my mind was "Top of the World" And this made me to think of you, bc I know how much you love Steve's wonderful voice and this beautiful song that it seems to me that it suits not only to the environment but also to Aksel!

    @Nicole
    Thank you so much for the link! The kid is amazing!:))
    Have fun, my dear Young'un! And smile!!:))

    Wish you all a happy day! Love, kisses and hugs!

  27. @dana.
    That sounds bad, my dear dana. ...
    In this time of the year in Japan, there are many pollen mostly from Japanese cedar trees which many people suffer from the allergy, though I'm OK. I'like you to be free from this kind of the pollen allergy in Romania, bc a cold & an allergy are tough.
    Take a rest for a while, my dear dana.
    I wish you'll be fine soon !

    And thanks for the nice words for Japanese people who are in despair. It'll be 3 weeks on Friday, and the toll of lives is increasing every day. Tsunami in March 11 was just super violent.

    * Lost Life * Lost house,building,facility, anyway everything * and * Nuclear Power Plant *, and then * Blackout * We're very busy worrying about a lot ot things at the same time. We've never been busy like this before. ... ;-)))

    Take good care of you, my dear dana !

  28. @Nicoletta. @dada. & @All Ladies !
    Tepco plays billiards. It lasts for weeks and weeks. They transfer the water A to the place A, and transfer the water B to the place B. The place B is the same place the water A was bfore been transterred to the place A. something like that.
    As you're already informed, we are handling the contaminated water while keep on " cool it down " operation by water to prevent from melt-down of the fuel rods.
    The US military, and the top experts on the nuclear power plant from France & the US are now gathering in Japan, and help Tepco deal with the Fukushima 1.
    The serious trouble is still going on there. But there has not had the " new " high level leak from the Fukushima 1 since March 15 or 16.
    Because the melt-down has been stopped. But on the other hand, the more contaminated water must be avoided by all means.

    Tepco and our government are so bad at the risk management. I do hope they can understand what American & French experts explain them what to do and how to handle it.

    btw, I purchased a flight ticket today for summer vacation as usual. yes, as usual. It's very important to do things as usual, at least I believe so.

    I think I start the piano lesson from May.
    Japan is a country whose annual calendar starts from April, but many schools and companies cannot start from April this year due to the aftermath of the disaster including the Fukushima 1 and the sequent blackout.

    It's the update for today, I suppose.

    Hope you enjoy a lovely spring day, and in good & better health !

    Kisses & Hugs !

    Thanks for your warm words, my dear Ekaterina! I'm happy at least because I don't have problems with allergy! The only allergy I know I have is Kanamycin allergy, in rest I can eat anything, I can walk in the woods in the spring time, I cad sleep in hay...haha! But for the moment I have to sleep in my bed bc of this cold!:)))

    I'm glad that you're fine and you keep your sense of humor at a high level! This is good! We use to say "facem haz de necaz" meaning "we make fun of trouble"!

    Erratum: I wanted to say "started" piano lesson, not "stated"!lol

    Have a pleasant evening, my dear Ekaterina! I send my best regards to your dad and a friendly "mew" to your little sister! :)))

  30. @Ekaterina

    Thank you for reporting in the funny way you do, Ekaterina!
    I know Tepco is playing kind of billard in Fukushima! What a shame!

    Hope if they finally accept help from USA, France or whatever, they are able to open the mouth for asking questions, if they do not understand.
    Furthermore, it is now really time to lay everything on the table, and NO hidden games anymore.
    It is absolute 5 to 12 as we say!! Yes, I agree a lack of risk or even crises management!!

    It is almost fine Art how you can handle all this inconviencies that you have to face at the moment, Ekaterina! I mean not to loose your great humour, because of all these severe things concerning Japan.

    You are right, to try to do usual things. I wish so much you can return soon to an almost normal life, Ekaterina! I am admiring you so much!

    Take good care of your little family and have a good and calm sleep!
