Well actually a freaky thunderstorm. It was raining really hard & then it stopped raining, but continued to thunder. George tried to scare me by hitting the screen door. He knows I'm scared of lightening. I should sell him...anyone want my brother? He's 6'2, 165lbs, has brown hair & eyes, doesn't drink or smoke, has a good job, he's a carpenter. Let me know...

@mel You should've seen the band kids last Thursday when it got dark all of a sudden! The flutes and clarinets were in the band room practicing with one of our directors when a huge flash of light interrupted us! We all went crazy! "Yay!!! Lightning!" Even the director started jumping around! We love storms!!! ;D

and girls normally when a patient comes the first they always want the therapy from the boss, bc the most ppl think that the boss is better than the rest. and we had it sometimes that when they said first only to go to the boss and then one time a therapy frome me, they want only come to me.lmao

It has been awhile but enjoy reading your posts and trying to stay on top of things! Training is slow right now. Apparently when you get older your body tends to be more acceptable to injury. Hip injury has me sidelined from running but I still swim and bike.
Kristen: Thinking about zumba since they offer it at work. I have to start doubling up on exercise sessions each day and thought this would be a good start. The lady i talked to said be prepared to shower afterwards!

@Giffy Nope, our band camp isn't like that! It's 12 hours a day next week but we don't stay at the school...we practice in the parking lot and football field! ;D

@Dana The t-shirt is to cover up the big shorts. I have to admit - he is very good at holding the camera out with one hand and taking photo's. I really like his landscapes. There is a famous US photographer who did landscapes and his name was Ansel Adams. I was thinking it was Aksel Adams! LOL!

ReplyDeletei had it last year on my upper arm... wow that was swollen. i went to the doc after 3 days bc it wasn´t getting any better. and he was pretty shocked! haha..
but i think the eye is even worse.
haha... not when i´m leaving! i don´t know if any is really going there bc. they only have space for 400.000 ppl and i guess about a million will try to go there. so bad planing! ;-)
like on sunday when they expected about 1,5 mio and there were 3 mio ppl!
