Congrats to Lindsey
So Lindsey won. Sorry Julia didn't.. Still gonna watch the ESPYs later today. I'm off to work. I hope everyone has a good day.
I saw Aksel twice at the ESPYs. He was sitting two rows behind Zack Efron. They showed him clapping for Lindsay and another time. He looked good. It was quite a good show. I couldn't tell you how anyone else looked? LOL!
@ Giffy Didn't you see me at the ESPYs next to Aksel in my bunny suit?? LOL It's a pitty we didn't get the chance to se the awards here in Norway. Had been fun to se the reaction from Jules when Lindsey won the award.....
@AM I'm sorry...I didn't see anyone sitting on either side of Aksel. I only had my eyes on him. And maybe Zack Efron. What a lot of testosterone in that room!

@dana Well, Hot in Cleveland is about these 3 women from LA who are on a plane and it gets stranded in Cleveland! But they realize that there, in Cleveland, even though they're older, men actually look at them and think they're hot! So they decide to stay! ;D

@nicole last night it was real freaky there was a bad thunderstorm over 3 hours, but for an half an hour it was real bad, with lot of rain and lightnings and thunders and some hail. i can´t sleep because of the thunders and the rain
@nicole i´m sleeping under the roof and the chimney is right up of my bad and then when it rains it makes the whole time "bing bing bing" because of the rain lmao so i can´t sleep
@Corinna hei hun! Welcome! We had a big thundrestorm earlier! Last night I slep with my window open and I woke up in the n\middle of the night bc it rained really bad and the water got in my room!! My carpet is still wet! LOL

@dana i was going to bed at 10:45pm and woke up at 0:30 am because i couldn´t sleep of the heat and there where lightnings then i was fall asleep again and woke up at 1:40 because of a big thunder and i couldn´t sleep again it tooks me nearly one hour to sleep again and at 5 am there were still thunders and lightnings but the rain wasn´t so heavy like before at 1:40am
i had make every window open now to get some fresh air inside of the house
I see on the other side someone are very sorry not to find any pics of Aksel and his date on the internet from last night! LOL Maybe the came late and left early..... Or someone was there hiding him in a bunny suit. LMAO
@dana my romanian patient live in germany and is now on a 3 week vacation in "siebenbürgen" i take care of her, now don´t tell her about you
no i wasn´t sleepy at work but at home i was real tired i think i go to bed today early and take a cool shower before i go to bed and hope it will help against the heat

Just checked the weather...it's 88F but it says that the humidity makes it feel like 99F and there's a heat warning and we might get thunderstorms tonight...that's some messed up weather!!! ;D

@ corinna This one may sound ugly but... You can spend time with someone at home, vacations etc. You have sex and are attracted to each other and that makes it complicaded! When you live on two different continets it dosen't make it so much easier. When ppl are getting problems living in different cities, you know waht i mean!. lol

Hi ladies! phew what a palaver on the other blog. I watched the video and yes I think they confirmed the fact that they are a couple. I still can't help myself but I don't like JM's public image. Ok, I learned that you can't give anything on a public image. When I worked with film teams I met some people who had a very polite and kind public image. In person they weren't that way. There were people too that I never liked in films or shows. In fact they were such likeable ones if you talked to them. And some were like their public images. So I'm far from judging JM but for me her public image is way too girlish. But if she's the one for Aksel and he's the one for her...all the best for them...
And how are you all doing these days? I enjoy that it isn't that hot and humid today :-)

@corinna: LMAO My neighbours already are used to the fact that I let Fairy pee the last time at night in my nightdress (ok no dress in fact, I prefer t-shirt and boxers :-D ). It's a habit from the times when of beloved dog Pamina was old. When she was 15 she sometimes said: I have to pee...now! So there was no time to dress. I never broke that habit *lol*

The first is of the Blue Devils who won the DCI (Drum Corps International) Championship last year!!! The move at the beginning when the line condenses into a cube is insane!!! They're awesome!!!! ;D
Here's a clip of the Cavaliers....also known simply as the Cavies! They're a brilliant all-male drum corps! This move is amazing...we tried copying it a few years back for one of our shows...definitely not as awesome! ;P
@Giffy They don't wear berets in our band unfortunately...we're not cool like that! But our tuba players are hilarious! We only have 1 this year!!! He's really young though! LOL I find that band relationships are oftentimes the ones with the most drama! Because the band spends so much time together and EVERYONE knows who's going out...it's pure drama!!! LOL ;D
@Nicole LOL I was lost with the complicated discussion too ... it was Complicated! :) Yeah for completing the first week of marching band and not inflicting any injuries or killing any of the newbies! Or did you and just hide their bodies under the bleachers!
I finally watched the Access Hollywood vid with ALS & JM last night! I can totally understand the complications of their relationship, but it wasn't exactly a good interview response. She comes across as very uncomfortable in front of the camera. As an athlete and sports personality, I think it's an important part of their "job" to be able to conduct themselves "appropriately" in the public eye and I think it's something she definitely needs to work on as another component to her career. But, My first thought was WTF are the two of them wearing. I just want to scream STYLIST HELLO! I'm not choosing sides, but I think JM could take some public image pointers from LV. LV looked beautiful and did a great job in front of the camera! Just saying.

Relationships are so common within the band! And sometimes they can be great...but if the couple breaks up, it makes things really awkward! Never happened to me...because I stay away from that sort of thing but one of my friends (who also played the flute) dated 3 percussionists (at different times of course ;P) and they were all best friends! It was bad!!!!
@Nicole Yes, I've had flings of all sorts. I didn't meet my husband until senior year of college. Got to kiss a lot of frogs before you find your prince...

@Giffy I'm marching with my old high school band! This is the last year I can actually march with them...after that, I can only volunteer! ...I wanted to be a part of my college band but it doesn't fit with my class schedule! :/ Which sucks! I had a friend who joined it and said that it was a lot of work so he had to drop out! ...we'll see though! ;D If anything, I'll volunteer for them! ;D

I still can't help myself but I don't like JM's public image. Ok, I learned that you can't give anything on a public image. When I worked with film teams I met some people who had a very polite and kind public image. In person they weren't that way. There were people too that I never liked in films or shows. In fact they were such likeable ones if you talked to them. And some were like their public images. So I'm far from judging JM but for me her public image is way too girlish. But if she's the one for Aksel and he's the one for her...all the best for them...
And how are you all doing these days? I enjoy that it isn't that hot and humid today :-)

I finally watched the Access Hollywood vid with ALS & JM last night! I can totally understand the complications of their relationship, but it wasn't exactly a good interview response. She comes across as very uncomfortable in front of the camera. As an athlete and sports personality, I think it's an important part of their "job" to be able to conduct themselves "appropriately" in the public eye and I think it's something she definitely needs to work on as another component to her career. But, My first thought was WTF are the two of them wearing. I just want to scream STYLIST HELLO! I'm not choosing sides, but I think JM could take some public image pointers from LV. LV looked beautiful and did a great job in front of the camera! Just saying.

Never happened to me...because I stay away from that sort of thing but one of my friends (who also played the flute) dated 3 percussionists (at different times of course ;P) and they were all best friends! It was bad!!!!
