Wow you girls had an interesting conversation while I was away. Something is going on with Aksel. I don't think his head is in the game right now. I think I better break my cards out again & do a reading. I really wish I could sit him down & do a reading with him. It would be so much easier.
I presume Aksel bought it because there they will hardly have any people from the press!! HaHa It looks to me like a typical Aksel choice.
On the otherhand it is absolutely a wonderful place if the weather is fine, eventually a couple of weeks per year, otherwise I think it can be rather rough and unfriendly there. So I have got the idea the Tropical option was the runner until now.
BTW JM is a very talented and versatile girl and she really makes big efforts to loose her stupid image to be only a underwear model beside of skiing!!
Lately I saw a summary of the bib draw in St. Moritz and the stupid moderator asked her about her underwear line, etc. Not only fun to be reduced on the underwear! Hope it comes better by the time.
I am afraid, for me JM an LV look quite the same, they both are tough sports ladies, great, concentrated sports woman and both are very, very ambitious. Both are typical American sport woman to me, and they can show a big smile if they want, otherwise the are rather tough ladies with not so much charm, and also not so feminine unless they are styled professionally.
Eventually we can say LV is in all aspects a bit in front of JM, LV is extremly clever in my opinion and not so spontaneous like JM. It looks to me JM is also more mody, I might be wrong. So her pictures with or without children or fans look very different.
I meant moody!! I forgot to mention, both are show girls and can start a show if they want it.
Perhaps we have to consider, we have the chance to look at so many genious pictures from our beloved ski stars, they are only human beeing and it is impossible to look always great and always smiling! A fact that comforts me in a way. HaHa
Regarding the relationship, I think it will last for a longer time, at least as long they are both active professional ski racers. It is possible, a not so perfect connection holds longer then expected.
I could imagine only if JM meets a wealthy Duke or a wonderful Prince with a little Kingdom the world does not change for ALS. On the otherhand I could imagine ALS falls in love head over heels, totally unexpectedly in a younger, absolutely different young lady which is more close to his unique very nature.
It seem today I have "the blabla" but if you are so busy in writting I cannot keep quiet. LOL

The cold is coming, and I am not so happy to leave the house for work. Yesterday I came at home with a rather red nose and a bit stiff around 7 p.m. So it was tea time!

JM is kind of a professional model, and she certainly can smile from one second to the other. She likes to pose and loves the lights as well as the showbiz. In a way she is kind of excellent actress and plays different roles, very flexible.
ALS is more authentic and never artificial person, quiet, eventually a thinker, honest towards others, likes stability, and has great values and loves in a way tradition, he is also good in talking to King and Princes, but for total other reasons. Presume he has never the aim to belong to them, for JM I am not so sure. HaHa
He is in my eyes a perfect example of a man from the North. Down to earth like you mentionned, Corinna, and he never plays roles. He has lots and lots of natural charm and is an extremely photogenic person. He likes it simple, no bling bling, posing he does only because it belongs to his job. He is very reliable and tries to fullfil everthing what people expect from him, concerning profession as well as in private matters. Therefore he carries big weights on his sholders.

@corinna I'm so much impressed, dear corinna ! It's the treasure that you're trusted and relied on by your patients and his family like this way. Someday I dream about being treated by you ! 35km drive is just a very short distance for him, I'm sure. Hausbesuch is a nice system for the aged people.In Japan, there are many aged people who wants the treatment by the therapist, but first of all, there are much less therapists in Japan. The present medical system in Japan seems only kind to the aged people who can visit the clinic by themselves. The 4-year-old kid " a grandson of your patient by Hausbesuch " may think about his future career in the medical field. The little kids sometimes know the essence of the world better than the grown-ups. And I guess his grandpa and he often talk about you between the days of Hausbesuch.
Exactly. Lofoten is the place where JM never finds any value. I remember AM once said the similar thing. I think I understood it very well.
JM and LV are both the natives of the most dynamic nation of the world. It's difficult to be the person down to earth and to be the top in the certain field at the same time, bc it's so competitive to belong to the top group in the US and the money talks more to the athletes in the US. So it's not easy for a person like ALS to share the private life with those for a long time. One of the best friends each other makes their relation better. I wouldn't mention they are " water & oil ", but ALS & JM are so different.
I wonder if ALS visits Maui this summer or not. In Maui, in Paris, and even in Oslo, the pacemaker was always Julia. And I wouldn't think she was the best pacemaker for ALS.
btw, does anybody stop the wildness of the Siberian cold waves ? It's too hard for the poor people, and for the ski race people !
@Nicoletta I'm sure I could contain myself & concentrate on the cards. I may scream like a little girl & jump up & down at first, but then I would collect myself & get done to business. LOL No snow in Ohio! It's 53F right now & no snow in the forecast until Monday! I want snow so bad!
I was going to do the reading today during my break between classes, but I forgot my cards & I have a really good parking spot. I don't want to leave & end up parking in the back 40 when I get back. I will do my reading tonight when I get home & then I will post it.
@Ekaterina I do have to agree that Americans love to be competitive especially in sports. I think the only sports in the America that the athletes actually have to do the work is the rodeo sports. They have their sponsors, but if they don't place in the top 10 then they don't get paid for the event & that's were the big money comes from. It's hard to find anyone in America that is down to earth & laid back. I think I am, but that's just my opinion. I'm of a mind that if it's meant to be it will happen. Wow I got way off track. In a lot of ways ALS & JM are alike, but personality wise they are very different. They always say the opposites attract, but I think he needs someone a little more mellow. Someone that would be happy to out of the lime light & be private.
I can't remember who posted the video of Jules & Aksel talking about Thanksgiving. She didn't even know that it's an American holiday! Well Canada celebrates it, but they do that like a month before we do. I also notice that she didn't really seem to want to invite him over for an early Thanksgiving dinner with her family. *scratches head* If you watch her body language it's very stiff & practiced. While Aksel is much more relaxed. I loved the part where the interviewer said 'you have a few kilos on your side' & he got all offended & asked 'Are you saying that I'm...he had to think for a minute...fat?' LMAO Yeah right ALS fat. Well built yeah. Fat no way & who cares if you look like a freak coming out of the GS start...some girls like freaks...

Yes, that's the point, ALS & JM have a lot in common regarding profession and interests, but they have totally different characters!
I believe it is true, JM is watching strictly ALS weight! She is kind of diet pill to him! LOL
You say it, most of the Americans look a bit artificial to me, also not so relaxed or easygoing, especially the ones we meet on TV, etc.
For example the selection tour of the "not yet presidents" is so crazy and so unreal! For an average European like me big show to watch. LOL
I prefer the one from the Rodeo region too, love the hats and the boots as well as the country music. Would be fun to join such a festival! You certainly are more relaxed girl, Mel!

Yes. I feel the same way as Nicolettchen about the Presidential campaign in the US. It's reported in Japanese media every day. It's true, Every Day, though we're not allowed to commit it. Ha Ha ! It's very dynamic. The show which costs the money beyond our imagination, and the winner seems to be the toughest guy of the world. I sometimes even feel the term of President of the US is 3 years, bc the 4th year looks devoted to the campaign for the next Presidency. But I'm fond of watching the national convention in the TV, bc I cannot find any other show like this !

I suppose it's ALS's taste. He preferred the life with ups & downs. He spoke so during the interview in " Miracle Body ". The present relation between ALS & JM may not look the best when we watch them from outside, but it's OK for them, bc it's a kind of the process. Eventually they get married possibly after SOCHI Olympics, and will have babies. Though it's a pity to mention, ALS lives in the US as Koss does.
Again, though I'm still a bit confused, I concentrate on DH race today. About 5 hours to go.

Did not expect such a flawless reading. The relationship looks like a veritable kind of arranged relationship. HaHa
It is for me the prove that men of today prefer to have a woman which can look absolutely for herself (and evt. children) and bring the money at home. With JM ALS will never have any problem with that. LOL
JM seems always busy to satisfy ALS and give him what he wants in any aspect. For the time being ALS looks to me kind of addicted to JM, and she wants Aksel more than anything else. Perhaps we have to understand, love can have so many faces!
I believe they have never split, because I have got the idea they use every little gap between the races in Europe to be together and furthermore they are real good in arranging their more reasonable (Vernunft) based relationship.
Like I mentioned before, they can attend several events together, even if they enjoy it for quite different reasons.
Somewhere I read JM's resolutions for 2012: She wants to learn more Norwegian and wants to learn to play the ukulele!
Nevertheless ALS looks to me like the perfect gentleman, even so he does not let look everyone into his cards.

A lot of people are complaining, also on FB, you remember Sophie!! She wrote a least 3 times a note for ALS on FB and made also remarks on ALS's blog!
I still presume it has to do with the type of computer, I Pad, I Phone, handy from were ALS sends the entry. I guess it makes problems, the hyper new computer generation coordinates bad with the a bit older one.
Actually my you supporter Lio told me my computer system is very old, and he has more power and space on his handy than me on my computer. LOL He was warning me, perhaps in a couple of months I cannot watch the little video on youtube. Collecting music, videos is already impossible.
Eventually this is my new project in my personal Agenda to make a step further, my sweathart has to be convinced first. HaHa

@nicoletta and ekaterina well yes i think also this is a arragended relationship and i be sure when jm find someone else who will gives her some more attention and trough whom she will get more attention then she will leave aksel for sure! bc for her this connection with aksel is the best that can happen her, bc of the attention she gets out of this and when she didn´t will get this anymore or will have the chance to get from someone else more then from him, she will goes!
but we have to wait and watch what else will happen the next time! and we have to cross that aksel will be find his old good mood again soon! bc he seems unhappy and unconcentrated and bc of this the results doesn´t be so good! It was very exciting race, though we couldn't find the name of ALS in the top 10. The ski racer ALS does not look once he used to be. But lots of things would happen during about 20-years career as WC regular member.
But JM sometimes make his results put in the shadow. Though it may be a strange coincidence, his official results seem to be influenced by the life with JM. Sorry ! Jules, I wouldn't mean to blame you
The other possibility is HEAD. I'm sure the staff of HEAD is excellent, but I guess the atmosphere is different from Atomic. ALS grew up with Atomic actually, so he loved it.
And Marius. Do you think ALS still gets in touch with Marius ? I would't think so much.
JM, HEAD, Marius out of his office. But it's Aksel who has to manage things around him better.
btw, I start 3 nights stay in TWMU tomorrow. Although it's such a few days, I have to pack various things. Of course I make it minimum this time. I put some small things of the cosmetic samples. I also take the small size of Avene thermal spring water spray ( 50g ) with me. EL comes with me next time, bc I have to stay in TWMU much longer next time. So I'm busy packing now. I leave home after 10 am tomorrow with my dad. I'll be back home on Wednesday and concentrate on Sochi. Very much looking forward to reading your comments after I'm back !
P.S. I take small things this time, so I bought a small size of Herbacin Kamille soft ( 20ml ) for my hands, bc Avene is a bit too big for these 3 night stay.

Hope everything goes smooth, and you come back to us soon. Eventually you have to follow some order strictly after the surgery, for example wearing kind of rubber stockings (Gummi Strümpfe)!
Regarding ALS, I don't really think we can blame JM for ALS difficult time with skiing.
I go more in the direction like Ekaterina mentionned. He had not so much luck with the change to Head skis, even if it looked so much promising. I also think Atomic was absolutely more "his family" and not so pushing like the Head Company.
Marius is for me equal to the mental support I was thinking of! He was there for him after his severe accident, and they must have been very close.
The other thing is, on TV they say so often how important the preparation of the skis is. Perhaps ALS & Kjetil have also problems there.
Regarding money, I do feel JM is much more money orientated than ALS is. Eventually this is not so helpful for a real longlasting relationship because ALS doesn't seem the big money maker.
Today I watched the race, and I was again asthonnised how excellent quite many of the racers are. So it will be a hard job for Aksel to get again constantly under the podium places, but it is possible I would say, but not from one day to the other. Hard work!

@all i so hope that jm going to be DQ bc of putting her skis to early off!
on orf 1 they had an interview with her, on which she said, that it wasn´t her fault that she put her skis to early off, it was the fault of the cameramen in the finish area? bc he was running to her to film her and so she was needed to put the skis before the red line off? wtf!??? if he had put her skis of or she? it is only her fault and not the fraul from some one else! bc she saw the red line and she knows the rules and it was her decision to put the skis off there! and she said on orf 1 that she put her skis to early off!
damn, when she doesn´t get DQ that shows her one more time that she can does what she want without to get the consequenz out of it! and i be sure that when she would be on the second place and someone other would be on the first place and had done that fault that she had done, that she would be the loudest one which would scream to DQ that person!
Did not see the race, and cannot judge at all!! But on the otherhand she skied well to get the gold medal! I don't care so much. Please forget this case, dear Corinna!
Thanks God Aksel was quite ok this weekend. Obviously he made some progress in Slalom and therefore he is weaker in DH, this promblem is not only his! For example Zurbriggen was first a Slalom specialist, trained more and more DH, and at the end he is nowwhere real good.

i just said, that this is not fair at all! bc when someone other made that mistake she would scream as the loudest one to DQ that person!
well and i would had said this about everyone not only about jm! bc i find it in some way unsporty to give someone else the fault of my mistakes!
well like marcel hirscher, which didn´t said that he straggled in zagreb or the other times when he said that he didn´t recognize it!! well when i made a mistake and i know that i did this i stand up and apologize me for this or i accepted the penalty for this!
well this straggled thing is something more special, bc i find you feel this when you had a gate btw your legs! but hirscher said, that he didn´t felt this!
and this is just unsporty and unfair, against all the ohter racers who worked well and accepted the rules!
Your are right in the case of Hirscher, it's not correct. BTW Ligety admitted one week later that he straggled a gate in Zagreb, too and nobody did or said something about it. For me it's the same like Hirscher.
About the rule with the red line:
FIS changed the rule a little bit after the case with Hermann Maier. The Fis-chef of the woman feeled that this was an error to disqualified Maier. Now it depends on the jury that they do (fine, disqualification or caution).
@anonymous well i think you have to feel as a skiracer if you straggled or not! and i for me think, to be fair and sporty i should tell this! (well i know also that there are a lot of money being a big part)
and i think when the FIS makes such rules, they should make them clear and for everyone, so for all racers the same rules!
@corinna you're sooo right. she should have been disqualified. but hey, that was the fault of the camera man, the fault of everyone else but not her. she knows the rules, they are the same for all. (included hirscher, he must feel when he struggled) but she only want's publicity. if not with the sport, then she mentions aksel cause he's a great sportsman an everybody knows him (btw no idea why he likes her, he deserves a better girl, more to earth, more honest) or she drops off her clothes. she said by an interview "only the photographer wanted that I'm posing in the speed suit, otherwise I would be naked". And then someone should say that we should see her as sportswoman.
It's been a long long time so now I'm here giving you a little sign from the north :) I've been very busy with a teenage boy in 8th class it's a lot to do. I have a new boyfriend too so I have to use some time on him too ;))
I see MJ is still a subject on the blog. Hehehehe. About that I can tell you that she's not making the big headlines in Norway, here she's nobody. The media hardly mention her and if she wins or she's on the podium they never mention her as Aksel's girlfriend but just as ''Mancuso''. I've always said that all she wants is the spotlight and having fun, I can hardly see anything serious about that girl. She seems pretty happy as long as she has the attention but if the attention is not going her way she's like a crying kid-
I'm now something like an ancient Egypt. ... ;-)))
The surgery started in the afternoon on Monday, and I was back my room in TWMU around 17:30. The surgery took nearly 2 hours. Both of my legs were completely ancient Egypt. I mean mummy. ... ;-))) The doctor took it off this morning and bandaged my legs from ankle to knee. That's why I'm something like an ancient Egypt now, but until this morning completely ancient Egypt, bc the bandage was on the whole legs. The doctor told me I can start taking shower on Friday. btw, I have to bandage tomorrow by myself. The next visit to TWMU is next Monday, so I have to see the plastic surgeon for my legs and the orthopedist for my back.
As for Vollnarkose, I felt a bit sick for about 20 hours after I woke up after the surgery. The doctor told me it was a kind of the side effect, but it disappeared soon, and he was right. No pain at all after the surgery. I have to take antibiotic pill for the next 3 days. I feel very fine unless I look at my legs. ... :-)))
I think I have to put on the rubber stockings after the period of the bandage.
The worst during my 3-night hospitalization was " the room mate ". I could not stay in " the single room " this time, and stayed in 2-persons room. The first room mate was in 20's and complained about the pain all the time, and the second room mate was the old woman who was very nosy.I've never heard such a snore in my life.
The best during the hospitalization this time was " Laderach "( Umlaut on a ). My dad bought it and brought it to my crazy room in TWMU.
During my absence here, the great thing was going on, that is AM !!!!!
As for the last race, I could't catch it, but JM won it ? at last ? It's also interesting to read AM comment on JM. I think people in Norway knows it correctly.

Regarding the Lofoten appartment:
I presume Aksel bought it because there they will hardly have any people from the press!! HaHa
It looks to me like a typical Aksel choice.
On the otherhand it is absolutely a wonderful place if the weather is fine, eventually a couple of weeks per year, otherwise I think it can be rather rough and unfriendly there. So I have got the idea the Tropical option was the runner until now.
BTW JM is a very talented and versatile girl and she really makes big efforts to loose her stupid image to be only a underwear model beside of skiing!!
Lately I saw a summary of the bib draw in St. Moritz and the stupid moderator asked her about her underwear line, etc. Not only fun to be reduced on the underwear! Hope it comes better by the time.
I am afraid, for me JM an LV look quite the same, they both are tough sports ladies, great, concentrated sports woman and both are very, very ambitious. Both are typical American sport woman to me, and they can show a big smile if they want, otherwise the are rather tough ladies with not so much charm, and also not so feminine unless they are styled professionally.
Eventually we can say LV is in all aspects a bit in front of JM, LV is extremly clever in my opinion and not so spontaneous like JM. It looks to me JM is also more mody, I might be wrong. So her pictures with or without children or fans look very different.

Perhaps we have to consider, we have the chance to look at so many genious pictures from our beloved ski stars, they are only human beeing and it is impossible to look always great and always smiling! A fact that comforts me in a way. HaHa
Regarding the relationship, I think it will last for a longer time, at least as long they are both active professional ski racers. It is possible, a not so perfect connection holds longer then expected.
I could imagine only if JM meets a wealthy Duke or a wonderful Prince with a little Kingdom the world does not change for ALS.
On the otherhand I could imagine ALS falls in love head over heels, totally unexpectedly in a younger, absolutely different young lady which is more close to his unique very nature.
It seem today I have "the blabla" but if you are so busy in writting I cannot keep quiet. LOL

JM is kind of a professional model, and she certainly can smile from one second to the other. She likes to pose and loves the lights as well as the showbiz. In a way she is kind of excellent actress and plays different roles, very flexible.
ALS is more authentic and never artificial person, quiet, eventually a thinker, honest towards others, likes stability, and has great values and loves in a way tradition, he is also good in talking to King and Princes, but for total other reasons. Presume he has never the aim to belong to them, for JM I am not so sure. HaHa
He is in my eyes a perfect example of a man from the North. Down to earth like you mentionned, Corinna, and he never plays roles. He has lots and lots of natural charm and is an extremely photogenic person. He likes it simple, no bling bling, posing he does only because it belongs to his job. He is very reliable and tries to fullfil everthing what people expect from him, concerning profession as well as in private matters. Therefore he carries big weights on his sholders.

Hausbesuch is a nice system for the aged people.In Japan, there are many aged people who wants the treatment by the therapist, but first of all, there are much less therapists in Japan. The present medical system in Japan seems only kind to the aged people who can visit the clinic by themselves.
The 4-year-old kid " a grandson of your patient by Hausbesuch " may think about his future career in the medical field. The little kids sometimes know the essence of the world better than the grown-ups. And I guess his grandpa and he often talk about you between the days of Hausbesuch.

Exactly. Lofoten is the place where JM never finds any value. I remember AM once said the similar thing. I think I understood it very well.
JM and LV are both the natives of the most dynamic nation of the world. It's difficult to be the person down to earth and to be the top in the certain field at the same time, bc it's so competitive to belong to the top group in the US and the money talks more to the athletes in the US. So it's not easy for a person like ALS to share the private life with those for a long time. One of the best friends each other makes their relation better. I wouldn't mention they are " water & oil ", but ALS & JM are so different.
I wonder if ALS visits Maui this summer or not. In Maui, in Paris, and even in Oslo, the pacemaker was always Julia. And I wouldn't think she was the best pacemaker for ALS.
btw, does anybody stop the wildness of the Siberian cold waves ? It's too hard for the poor people, and for the ski race people !

@Ekaterina I do have to agree that Americans love to be competitive especially in sports. I think the only sports in the America that the athletes actually have to do the work is the rodeo sports. They have their sponsors, but if they don't place in the top 10 then they don't get paid for the event & that's were the big money comes from. It's hard to find anyone in America that is down to earth & laid back. I think I am, but that's just my opinion. I'm of a mind that if it's meant to be it will happen. Wow I got way off track. In a lot of ways ALS & JM are alike, but personality wise they are very different. They always say the opposites attract, but I think he needs someone a little more mellow. Someone that would be happy to out of the lime light & be private.
I can't remember who posted the video of Jules & Aksel talking about Thanksgiving. She didn't even know that it's an American holiday! Well Canada celebrates it, but they do that like a month before we do. I also notice that she didn't really seem to want to invite him over for an early Thanksgiving dinner with her family. *scratches head* If you watch her body language it's very stiff & practiced. While Aksel is much more relaxed. I loved the part where the interviewer said 'you have a few kilos on your side' & he got all offended & asked 'Are you saying that I'm...he had to think for a minute...fat?' LMAO Yeah right ALS fat. Well built yeah. Fat no way & who cares if you look like a freak coming out of the GS start...some girls like freaks...
Well I'm off to go read some of my Financial Accounting book just in case we have a pop quiz over what's in the next chapter. Talk at you girls later.

Yes, that's the point, ALS & JM have a lot in common regarding profession and interests, but they have totally different characters!
I believe it is true, JM is watching strictly ALS weight! She is kind of diet pill to him! LOL
You say it, most of the Americans look a bit artificial to me, also not so relaxed or easygoing, especially the ones we meet on TV, etc.
For example the selection tour of the "not yet presidents" is so crazy and so unreal! For an average European like me big show to watch. LOL

Yes. I feel the same way as Nicolettchen about the Presidential campaign in the US. It's reported in Japanese media every day. It's true, Every Day, though we're not allowed to commit it. Ha Ha !
It's very dynamic. The show which costs the money beyond our imagination, and the winner seems to be the toughest guy of the world. I sometimes even feel the term of President of the US is 3 years, bc the 4th year looks devoted to the campaign for the next Presidency. But I'm fond of watching the national convention in the TV, bc I cannot find any other show like this !

Though I feel a little confused, I find the reading is quite reliable.
The karmic tie that binds.
I suppose it's ALS's taste. He preferred the life with ups & downs. He spoke so during the interview in " Miracle Body ". The present relation between ALS & JM may not look the best when we watch them from outside, but it's OK for them, bc it's a kind of the process. Eventually they get married possibly after SOCHI Olympics, and will have babies. Though it's a pity to mention, ALS lives in the US as Koss does.
Again, though I'm still a bit confused, I concentrate on DH race today. About 5 hours to go.
btw, what does he do with Lofoten ? ... ;-))) Maybe the whole family reunion place in its best season.

Honestly I do not so much understand, but I trust you, if you say it is a good reading it is a good reading!
Did not expect such a flawless reading. The relationship looks like a veritable kind of arranged relationship. HaHa
It is for me the prove that men of today prefer to have a woman which can look absolutely for herself (and evt. children) and bring the money at home. With JM ALS will never have any problem with that. LOL
JM seems always busy to satisfy ALS and give him what he wants in any aspect. For the time being ALS looks to me kind of addicted to JM, and she wants Aksel more than anything else. Perhaps we have to understand, love can have so many faces!
I believe they have never split, because I have got the idea they use every little gap between the races in Europe to be together and furthermore they are real good in arranging their more reasonable (Vernunft) based relationship.
Like I mentioned before, they can attend several events together, even if they enjoy it for quite different reasons.
Somewhere I read JM's resolutions for 2012: She wants to learn more Norwegian and wants to learn to play the ukulele!
Nevertheless ALS looks to me like the perfect gentleman, even so he does not let look everyone into his cards.

A lot of people are complaining, also on FB, you remember Sophie!! She wrote a least 3 times a note for ALS on FB and made also remarks on ALS's blog!
I still presume it has to do with the type of computer, I Pad, I Phone, handy from were ALS sends the entry. I guess it makes problems, the hyper new computer generation coordinates bad with the a bit older one.
Actually my you supporter Lio told me my computer system is very old, and he has more power and space on his handy than me on my computer. LOL
He was warning me, perhaps in a couple of months I cannot watch the little video on youtube. Collecting music, videos is already impossible.
Eventually this is my new project in my personal Agenda to make a step further, my sweathart has to be convinced first. HaHa

It was very exciting race, though we couldn't find the name of ALS in the top 10. The ski racer ALS does not look once he used to be. But lots of things would happen during about 20-years career as WC regular member.
But JM sometimes make his results put in the shadow. Though it may be a strange coincidence, his official results seem to be influenced by the life with JM. Sorry ! Jules, I wouldn't mean to blame you
The other possibility is HEAD. I'm sure the staff of HEAD is excellent, but I guess the atmosphere is different from Atomic. ALS grew up with Atomic actually, so he loved it.
And Marius. Do you think ALS still gets in touch with Marius ? I would't think so much.
JM, HEAD, Marius out of his office. But it's Aksel who has to manage things around him better.
btw, I start 3 nights stay in TWMU tomorrow. Although it's such a few days, I have to pack various things. Of course I make it minimum this time. I put some small things of the cosmetic samples. I also take the small size of Avene thermal spring water spray ( 50g ) with me. EL comes with me next time, bc I have to stay in TWMU much longer next time.
So I'm busy packing now. I leave home after 10 am tomorrow with my dad. I'll be back home on Wednesday and concentrate on Sochi.

Regarding ALS, I don't really think we can blame JM for ALS difficult time with skiing.
I go more in the direction like Ekaterina mentionned. He had not so much luck with the change to Head skis, even if it looked so much promising. I also think Atomic was absolutely more "his family" and not so pushing like the Head Company.
Marius is for me equal to the mental support I was thinking of! He was there for him after his severe accident, and they must have been very close.
The other thing is, on TV they say so often how important the preparation of the skis is. Perhaps ALS & Kjetil have also problems there.
Regarding money, I do feel JM is much more money orientated than ALS is. Eventually this is not so helpful for a real longlasting relationship because ALS doesn't seem the big money maker.
Today I watched the race, and I was again asthonnised how excellent quite many of the racers are. So it will be a hard job for Aksel to get again constantly under the podium places, but it is possible I would say, but not from one day to the other. Hard work!

@all i so hope that jm going to be DQ bc of putting her skis to early off!
ReplyDeleteon orf 1 they had an interview with her, on which she said, that it wasn´t her fault that she put her skis to early off, it was the fault of the cameramen in the finish area? bc he was running to her to film her and so she was needed to put the skis before the red line off?
wtf!??? if he had put her skis of or she?
it is only her fault and not the fraul from some one else!
bc she saw the red line and she knows the rules and it was her decision to put the skis off there! and she said on orf 1 that she put her skis to early off!
damn, when she doesn´t get DQ that shows her one more time that she can does what she want without to get the consequenz out of it! and i be sure that when she would be on the second place and someone other would be on the first place and had done that fault that she had done, that she would be the loudest one which would scream to DQ that person!

Thanks God Aksel was quite ok this weekend. Obviously he made some progress in Slalom and therefore he is weaker in DH, this promblem is not only his! For example Zurbriggen was first a Slalom specialist, trained more and more DH, and at the end he is nowwhere real good.

well like marcel hirscher, which didn´t said that he straggled in zagreb or the other times when he said that he didn´t recognize it!! well when i made a mistake and i know that i did this i stand up and apologize me for this or i accepted the penalty for this!
well this straggled thing is something more special, bc i find you feel this when you had a gate btw your legs! but hirscher said, that he didn´t felt this!
and this is just unsporty and unfair, against all the ohter racers who worked well and accepted the rules!

ReplyDeleteYour are right in the case of Hirscher, it's not correct. BTW Ligety admitted one week later that he straggled a gate in Zagreb, too and nobody did or said something about it. For me it's the same like Hirscher.
About the rule with the red line:
FIS changed the rule a little bit after the case with Hermann Maier. The Fis-chef of the woman feeled that this was an error to disqualified Maier. Now it depends on the jury that they do (fine, disqualification or caution).

ReplyDeletewell i think you have to feel as a skiracer if you straggled or not! and i for me think, to be fair and sporty i should tell this! (well i know also that there are a lot of money being a big part)
and i think when the FIS makes such rules, they should make them clear and for everyone, so for all racers the same rules!

ReplyDeleteyou're sooo right. she should have been disqualified. but hey, that was the fault of the camera man, the fault of everyone else but not her. she knows the rules, they are the same for all. (included hirscher, he must feel when he struggled) but she only want's publicity. if not with the sport, then she mentions aksel cause he's a great sportsman an everybody knows him (btw no idea why he likes her, he deserves a better girl, more to earth, more honest) or she drops off her clothes. she said by an interview "only the photographer wanted that I'm posing in the speed suit, otherwise I would be naked". And then someone should say that we should see her as sportswoman.

I see MJ is still a subject on the blog. Hehehehe. About that I can tell you that she's not making the big headlines in Norway, here she's nobody. The media hardly mention her and if she wins or she's on the podium they never mention her as Aksel's girlfriend but just as ''Mancuso''. I've always said that all she wants is the spotlight and having fun, I can hardly see anything serious about that girl. She seems pretty happy as long as she has the attention but if the attention is not going her way she's like a crying kid-

I'm now something like an ancient Egypt. ... ;-)))
The surgery started in the afternoon on Monday, and I was back my room in TWMU around 17:30. The surgery took nearly 2 hours. Both of my legs were completely ancient Egypt. I mean mummy. ... ;-))) The doctor took it off this morning and bandaged my legs from ankle to knee. That's why I'm something like an ancient Egypt now, but until this morning completely ancient Egypt, bc the bandage was on the whole legs.
The doctor told me I can start taking shower on Friday.
btw, I have to bandage tomorrow by myself.
The next visit to TWMU is next Monday, so I have to see the plastic surgeon for my legs and the orthopedist for my back.
As for Vollnarkose, I felt a bit sick for about 20 hours after I woke up after the surgery. The doctor told me it was a kind of the side effect, but it disappeared soon, and he was right.
No pain at all after the surgery.
I have to take antibiotic pill for the next 3 days.
I feel very fine unless I look at my legs. ... :-)))
I think I have to put on the rubber stockings after the period of the bandage.
The worst during my 3-night hospitalization was " the room mate ". I could not stay in " the single room " this time, and stayed in 2-persons room. The first room mate was in 20's and complained about the pain all the time, and the second room mate was the old woman who was very nosy.I've never heard such a snore in my life.
The best during the hospitalization this time was " Laderach "( Umlaut on a ). My dad bought it and brought it to my crazy room in TWMU.
During my absence here, the great thing was going on, that is AM !!!!!
As for the last race, I could't catch it, but JM won it ? at last ?
It's also interesting to read AM comment on JM. I think people in Norway knows it correctly.
So, let's concentrate on Sochi together !
