Ella Has A Voice

She won't look at me when I take her picture.

Momma why does Shadow bark when it storms? Now if only I could get the video of her barking to upload to blogger this would be a perfect blog, but alas blogger is having issues so I'm uploading it to youtube.

I feel quite ok, step by step.

    @Giffy

I am clapping my hands, Giffy! You are a great writer and a great entertainer too!!!

It is priceless, how you mix the episodes of Aksel's life and wellknown people into the novel!

I love the dosis of everything, you are never to direct. Just little words, to make our imagination run!!! Just wonderful, Giffy!

If you get rid of your actual job, you could write a novel, anytime. You have got a lot of talent, and a huge portion of humour, Giffy!

    @Dana

Like your role in the novel, you are so amazing, Dana!

Some "spoons" of Giffy's novel will cure everything, don't you think so, Dana? LOL

    @Corinna

Just creative ! You're amazing, my dear Giffy !
I totally agree with @Nicolettchen, I enjoy the novel quite a lot, it's a great entertainment of high quality !

btw, $1,200 ! But I think it's OK, bc ken is OK. I think it is all.

  8. @dana.
so, you can rest a bit tomorrow, my dear dana !

btw, why don't you ask your doctor to ask a man with a chain saw to deliver the chopped tree to your home in Campina ? Though I don't know much about the fire place, I think the shopped trees need to be dried to get ready for the fire place in winter.

    ReplyDelete
  9. @corinna.
I think European people speaks several languages, and I'm sure you can speak Italian fluently !

btw, you drive down italy ? The new white VW ?

    ReplyDelete
  10. @Ekaterina
Normally we use natural gas for cooking and warming up the house, but in the winter, when is very cold, the gas pressure is lower than normal, so we use wood. The other reason is that the wood is cheaper than the gas, and the warmth is better and lasts longer in the fireplace. We already bought enough wood for the next winter, as you said, it's better if the wood is dry!:)
So you're very right, he may deliver that tree to my home, only if The Doctor doesn't need it for something else! LOL

Wish you a pleasant evening and a beautiful Sunday, my dear Ekaterina! Love!

I went to the performance by MET this afternoon
. It's the 7th time Japan Tour by MET.
Today's program was " Don Carlo " by Verdi. It's one of my favorite works by Verdi.

  13. girls i need a bit help!

my ex wrote me today a mail that he want to go for a coffee with me and i don´t know what i should do!

i have to say i have no interest more in him (so no feelings left for him) he is like a unknown person for me!
oh and i don´t like coffee!

i have such a feeling that maybe he broke up with that crazy young girl and now he need some one to talk!

should i go to meet him or not?

    ReplyDelete
  14. @corinna.
If you really feel he's like a unknown person for you, I think you had better decline " a coffee ". But if you still feel a kind of friendship between you and him, I think you can feel free to meet him. A kind of friendship depends on your sense of values in this case. But please do not get me wrong, bc I don't mean all friendship must be decided only by value. But it's a bit special case, bc he's your ex.

If I were you, corinna, I think I meet him only in case I can respect him.

    ReplyDelete
  15. @ekaterina well he doesn´t respect me, that is the problem in this case, when he would respect me then i would meet him!
but he calls me in the middle of the night, when he is drunk, but he says to his new girlfriend that i called him and not that he called me! also he says to his new girlfriend that i write him sms, mails and so on, bc i can´t forget him! and this isn´t true, but he want to stand in a good light at his new girlfriend and she doesn´t like me, but he doesn´t want to break the contact so he says her that i always call, mail and so on, so he has a excuse to write me and have contact with me!

    ReplyDelete
  16. @corinna.
corinna, I wouldn't like to speak anything bad about him, bc he's your ex, and I suppose you both had a good time once together.
But I have an impression from your text that he lacks of sincerity.
I personally think " respect each other " is more important than " like or not ". For example, I have several persons whom I don't like so much among my friends, but they remain my friends, bc we respect each other.
And I feel your ex seems unfair. I think, dear corinna, he is not suitable to have cups of coffee together. The best way about him is to get him out of your life as porsible as you can. But, what will you decide if he leaves his new girl friend and wants you as his " new " girl friend again ? corinna, if you are NOT ready to accept his wish, you should not meet him anymore.

  17. @dana.
We also use gas for cooking, but we also use a little electricity to ignite it. In my house, we have one gas fan heater in the kitchen, and it also needs a little electricity to work.

Generally speaking, the warm-up & the cool-down system of the house and the building in Japan is the air-conditioner. I understand we need it, bc we have a hot and humid summer, but I don't like it. dana, I'm just Hamlet. ... ;-)))

My Dream House is without the air-conditioner, and is equipped with the boiler in the basement, which makes hot water running in the pipes inside the walls of the house to warm it up in winter, and is with the fireplaces, too !
But it is nearly absolutely impossible in Japan. So, I hope the next life !

    ReplyDelete
  18. @dana.
TEPCO must supply 60 million kw of power in summer, but they can 55 million kw this summer, bc some of it's AKW stop working since 3.11, so we have to save 5 million. I don't think it so difficult to do.

We rely on AKW for about 30% of the whole power. Our government says they are thinking about another energy except AKW. The natural power like the solar and the wind may be the best, but it's not so practical in Japan. I think the LNG thermal power is the best for the time being.

btw, does the gas pressure vary due to the temperature ?

Hope you have a pleasant rest today! my dear dana !
    Kisses & Hugs !

    ReplyDelete
  19. @ekaterina i would never ever go back to him and be once again his girlfriend is no thing for me!

i think it is better not to meet with him for a coffee! bc

and i really can understand what you had written and i have to say thank you for your words!

    have a great sunday!

    ReplyDelete
  20. @corinna.
You don't have to thank me, my dear corinna !
It's my pleasure if I can help you a little !

I*think you made the best decision, corinna.
When he tries to contact with you by e-mail or anything else next time, you had better treat him in sophisticated way.
1.) not to get involved in his own matter.
2.) to show the distance between you and him.
3.) never stimulate him, so that he cannot react and cannot make the next action anymore.

    I'm going to bed now.
Have a nice new week, my dear corinna ! Italy waits for your visit on Tuesday.
    Kisses & Hugs !

    ReplyDelete
  21. @ekaterina i have to thanks once again i will try to make this 3 points the next time!

i wish you a good night and sweet dreams

    hugs and kisses

    ReplyDelete
  22. @Ekaterina

Yes, gas expands in heat and contracts in cold. In Romania we use that system with boiler in the basement and pipes too, but if the power fails, or the gas pressure is lower, the system doesn't work and all the house gets cool. That's why my dad didn't want to give up on fireplaces.
In the heat of the summer I'd like to have an air-conditioner to cool-down the house! These days the temperature in Campina was about 33-35*C!!

I know we use natural power here too, but not very much, as you said it's not very practical. And the block apartments are usually warmed-up with thermal power.

Hope your finger is fine now!
Wish you a beautiful and happy next week, my dear Ekaterina! Hugs & Kisses!

  23. Good evening my dear Girls!

Dear Corinna, every contact with your ex is a waist of time!

He does not deserve your kindness at all! Sorry, I say it very direct, but it comes deep from my heart!!!

    @Ekaterina
    @Corinna

Agree totally with Ekaterinas perfect and wonderful words!

I understand that you hesitate Corinna, but it is better to keep a big distance to that guy!

Look forward to Italy and have fun while meeting nice people there.

A "warmed up" love is never good, trust me, and beside of that this man has hurt you enough.

    @Ekaterina

Yes we will get back to perfect health, step by step!!

    @Dana

33-25 degrees!! We are switching from 11 to 15, and next week we will have 28 again! Crazy!

I have been very busy lately. My friends & I are planning to buy a house together. So excited about it! We can't buy a house just yet, but we are going to go see a house that we really like. We have to wait until after September/October when I'll have the money saved up for the down payment.

I hope everyone has had a great weekend.

  27. @Corinna

No idea whereto you are staying during your holidays, Corinnna.

Before I felt to sleep, I remembered that my partner had a nice little talk (he loves to meet people and to have a a little chat!) with a huge group of young bavarians. They were sitting on the terrace of our hotel Löwenhof, where we stood for 4 days!

He told me they had a blast while eating excellent pizza, freshly made salads and drinking some beers.

I was thinking so much for you Corinna, these kind of people would be great to meet in Italy.

If the hotel is not to far away for you, could be the place to go once!

I told you, I was totally delightet about this hotel (food and accomodation) as well. Everytime I saw friendly, lucky people there.

Here the link. We really were spoilt with that hotel. Was surprised how illustrative the webside is.

    http://www.loewenhof.it/

    @All

The webside is also in English, enjoy some eye catchers in lovely South Tirol!

    Have a beautiful week!

  28. @nicoletta thanks for the link, unfortunatly this is one and a half hour away from my place at lago di garda and from my place at home it is about 2 hours!

it is btw bressanone and val gardena!
but i pass it when i go down by train and also when i go down my car, bc the highway and the railway pass the place of the hotel!

tomorrow i go down to lago di garda!

  35. @Ekaterina

I can see, we have kind of the of same taste regarding hotels! LOL!

You know, I was travelling in a group, and normally we do not have during the whole travel that level of hotel! So maybe, we return there once in automn and combine it with the Dolomits! Automn in South Tirol is very beautiful too!

Roller coaster is the right word for our weather situation! HaHa
You have to be very flexible and I do my best to stay healthy!

Air condition - from my point of view - a horrible thing! For persons like me, it is the the complete destruction!!!

I believe most of my health problems I catched while I was working in highly climatisated rooms like with UBS!

I remember, I learnt there Mr. Krättli from the Technical Service, If the aircondition was turning to polar condition, I gave him a phone call! And he was so kind to regulate that bl..dy thing a little bit.

Was not fun, working in Summer with hardly 18 degrees, and especially with summers with around 36 degrees outside!

You can not immagine how hot it was in the railway at that time!! Cannot recommend that situation!

On the other hand, it is ok if big firms have to save the money for overexagerate climatisation during summer!

Long life the "super cool biz"!! LOL

Have a pleasant evening, dear Ekaterina!

    Love you!

    ReplyDelete
  36. @Nicoletta.
    You're right, Nicolettchen !
The worst point about Klima in summer is that we have to move from places with 35℃ to places with 20℃ several times a day. 20℃ is better, but sometimes around 18℃ or below, so some office workers need a blanket. But this never happens THIS YEAR !
And the worst point in winter is that the wind from Klima makes the air in the room terribly dry. cough, cough, cough, .....

    Viva ! " super cool biz "

In my house, it's like early autumn in real summer. I control the klima in the healthy mode. But it's not fun that there is an artificially created wind is blowing in the house even if it's not like a storm ! ... ;-)))

Although the media and people talk mostly about the power shortage, the most serious problem we are facing still remains the Fukushima 1, however we can do nothing about it.

The monitoring posts, which detects the radiation, are increased, and we have our own monitoring posts in Shibuya-ku where I live.
According to this, the radiation level here is LOW, which means it's normal as before 3.11 !
But it's still hell in the Fukushima 1 and the areas around it.

Hope you have a pleasant evening, my dear Nicoletta ! LOVE !

  37. My goodness you guys have been busy this weekend. What a lot of good chat. Glad to know all about the a/c as we call it in the US. Lots of good vacation advise, etc. But no recipes?

@Ekaterina Yes, my dear Ekaterina, you are right, it is a cheap price to pay as long as my son is alright. Now if I could find a "Super Cool Biz" to wear life would be perfect!

@Nicoletta & Dana Glad you are both feeling better. Hope the novel has helped you rest and relax. Haha! Funny about the trees. I just thought the KJ photo with the open jacket was hilarious. I should check his website for more inspiration. Would love to work the following song into the novel somewhere. Jack Johnson, Girl I...

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FZRvtr2g3z0

@Corinna Have a great trip to Italy. You got great advise from Nicoletta, nothing more for me to say. I wondered what was going on with the Ex? Anyway, not to worry I don't think he should waste anymore of your time. Try someone new, work on your tan, have fun. Enjoy your trip!

@Mel Would you like to write a chapter of the novel, you're a very funny creative writer? Congrats on the house. I bet you can get a good deal. I hope so.

Ok Everybody. Glad you didn't mind that I got rid of the nurse. I'm going out to mow my grass this morning. I will be house bound for the next 3 days while they do body work and paint my son's car, and he drives mine to work. I only have to work my hellish job on Friday this week. Hopefully I'll come up with some more chapters of Dana and the Doctor.

Much love! Go out and have some fresh, flirty fun!

Just realized that we live at very different places, Ekaterina!

At my home, I live with the weather, open my windows and let fresh air in (with some pollen!) and of course a lot of sun, even when my sofa is changing to a bit lighter blue! HaHa

No doubt, Fukushima is still a big issue for the whole world, even if the comments are not anymore on the frontpages!

Hope very much, you eat & drink the right products, Ekaterina! Read that even Japanese tea got contaminated. Take care!

Wish you a beautiful afternoon and a pleasant evening, Ekaterina!

    Hugs & Kisses!

    ReplyDelete
  40. @Giffy

Very happy that your son did not get hurt!!!

Regarding the "Super Cool Biz" to wear life, did you ever try to put on pink sun glasses?

Other possibility, you could look out "with one eye" for a nicer job, Giffy! You are such a pleasant person with a lot of gifts!

Just an idea, in my opinion you would be the perfect private secretary/right hand for a NICE wealthy older person, Giffy!

    Doing almost everything:

Writing letters, doing some banking and insurance matters, phonecalls if needed, organizing houshold, driving the person to the doctors, hairdresser, doing some special shoppings together (especially shoes!),etc.
Maybe doing some readings (newspaper, books), etc.

2 or 3 days per week, if you like??, and of course with a VERY good salary would be perfect!
Of course you would work very independent and very estimated too.

    Good luck, Giffy!

Love the song of Jack Johnson, this one is just perfect! The guy with the hat is so funny to look at! What a naughty little song, Giffy! LOL

Hope you don't mind about my "recipe", Giffy!
Sorry sometimes I cannot keep my ideas for myself. HaHa

Wish you a happy day, Giffy!

  41. @Nicoletta.
    Thanks a lot ! Nicolettchen !
I think I've checked the location of products to eat & drink even before 3.11, simply because it's interesting. But I now check it very carefully for the safety.

yes, it's true that Japanese tea leaves got contaminated. At first we received this news with much surprise, but we learned about " the hot spot " after that, and now we understand why it happened. The radiation does not spread concentric circle. The direction of wind, rain, and the topographical elements such as the mountain, valley, plateau, and so on, " invite " radiation.

btw, Nicolettchen, today's news reported Japan moved 20 - 30 cm east in 3.11 by 3 big shakes in 30 minutes that day. GPS proved it.
I think AKW in France, the US, and some other countries is safe, but Japan is not at all the right place to build it. We can cover the loss of power by AKW to build the new hybrid LNG thermal power station. It's safer and cheaper than AKW and cleaner & cleaner day by day.

Hope you are not too much annoyed by the roller coaster, and enjoy a lovely summer, my dear Nicoletta !

    ReplyDelete
  42. Does anyone know what the post in ALS blog means by "extra-wurst"? That might just show up in the novel! Sounds like a medical problem. Haha!

@Nicoletta Our dear Nicoletta are you feeling better? Last year I heard about the rose colored glasses that people in love sometimes wear. My sunglasses have white frames this summer. I buy cheap ones so I can switch them. It's funny - now I think you are reading my mind about my job. My boss calls me her "personal assistant." Last Fri. she took me to her lake cottage to carry in and load her groceries into her refrigerator. My Mom was indignant. "I did not send you to college for 4 years to unload other peoples groceries." To be honest as much as I hate to clean I was dying to pick up a broom and sweep that cottage, it was such a mess...But I resisted. Yes, I would love someone to pay me the big bucks to help them keep their life together. Now that my kids are grown I think I could help someone and enjoy it. Especially when my Dear Husband is out of town. He's getting ready to go to Taipei for two weeks.

@Dana Dear Sis, how are you feeling? Here is another song I'm considering for your novel. It's easy to dance to, with big arm movements. Haha! does your Dr. Office play music in the waiting rooms? Not that we need to be historically correct. It is stuck in my head: Bruno Mars, Runaway Baby

I'm alive but very very busy! The painting is over, but the "best" part it has just begun! LOL I have a lot of housework to do, to clean up, to wash and to put everything in order! My house look like after bombing! LOL And thanks God we painted just my dad's room and the living room! But all the house is upside down, you can imagine!!!

I hope to finish all this craziness this week and then I can talk to you more!

Anyway, hope you all are fine, no more coughing, no more hurting fingers, no more allergies or pain.

    @Giffy
I'm looking forward Chapter Six! Thanks for the songs! I love them! As Nicoletta said, Jack Johnson has a naughty song!! But I like Bruno Mars' song as well!
I have a suggestion too: Pat Monahan- Her Eyes! Has nice lyrics!! LOL

    @Ekaterina & Nicoletta
OK! You convinced me to not buy an air-conditioner! Many ppl complain that they caught a cold in the middle of the summer bc of it! So I think it's better to let the window open over night!! LOL

    @Mel
Congrats on the new house!! I'm happy for you! Hope you'll feel good there, with your friends! Does Ella-May bite Shadow anymore? LOL I didn't know she's such a "bad" girl! Haha!

An AKW is never totally safe, nowhere I am afraid, dear Ekaterina!

In Switzerland we do not like especially some AKW from France situated at the border!

The best comment I read from Mr. Sarkozy. He will be very honored to sell power to Germany and Switzerland as well. It is always the laughing third!! LOL

The meaning of "Extra-Wurst" is to get a special treatment!

In my opinon, he is an adult and knows how he trains best.

Glad you like in a way my idea for a new job.

Wish you a happy day/a good sleep!

    See you tomorrow!

    Good night, my ladies!

I understand how your mom feels indignant, however she is a bit misunderstanding. Helping persons who need anything to be helped is nice thing to do, my dear Giffy. and it's genuine business if it does not happen between friends. and I don't think your boss needs you only for unloading groceries. ... ;-)))

Who is Mr. Sarkozy ? ... btw ...
    The best answer is :
    He is CEO of AKW.
    ... ;-))) ...

Nicolettchen, btw, I wouldn't think you have to worry so much about the one near the border.
I think it's safe, bc it has the countless safety measures. But ours are quite different, bc all are in danger due to earthquake and tsunami. I'm sure there is no big these things in France.

After 3.11, we finally knew how expensive AKW is. The whole compensation fees are extraordinary high and the whole cost which settles the trouble looks like limitless. and the whole damages can not be paid by money once it gets into the serious trouble as the Fukushima 1. So, Japan is the wrong place to build AKW.

Very nice to hear you feel fine ! my dear Nicoletta !

    ... ;-))) ...

The another thing I don't like about the Klima is that we have to ask the cleaning firm to
clean it. They put the cover on all the furnitures and so on to take care, and start cleaning the Klima. I ask 3 klima for cleaning next Wednesday, and will ask 2 in September. I have to stay at home all day long that day, and I'll be so tired even if I don't help them. ... ;-)))

I understand you're tired this week, bc you have to be so busy with the house repair.
Please take good care of you, my dear dana !

  51. @Dana Yeah Ella still bites Shadow. It's puppy play & Shadow won't bite her back she just growls. So Ella thinks she's playing.

@Giffy I think your doing a great job with the novel. I wouldn't want to mess it up.

  52. @Ekaterina

Your comment about Mr. Sarkozy made me laugh, my dear Ekaterina! Exactly you have got the point!

In fact I was, and I am not much worried in general about the AKWs! But if France runs an AKW along our border it makes no difference for us, we could at the same time run ours (the very safe and always trustworthy ones of course), because we will notice this change extremly in our purse!! LOL

It is correct, that they close the old ones immediately (in whole Europe!!!) and it is a great idea to search for other possibilities to get the power!

But in my opinion, you cannot really compare this places with Fukushima! You are perfectly right, with the tsunamies and earthquake it was always a huge risk!

The only positive I can see at the moment that engineers, phycicists and all scientists are extremely forced to look for adequate solutions.

In the TV news, they tell us something about making the workplace Switzerland stronger because of handling this situation with care!

The trouble is, we have no deserts or coasts along the sea to run the wind energy or to put millons of solar pannels!

I think, Mr. Sarkozy would be much closer to a desert. HaHa! Wait and see!

Wish you a great afternoon and evening, my dear Ekaterina!

    Hugs & Kisses!

  53. @Nicoletta.
I agree with you, Nicolettchen !
We do need the new energy.

I think the most passion of scientists on energy has been devoted to the nuclear energy for the last several decades. It has been a kind of the global trends.

But I think the world trend has changed since 3.11, and I want to believe many scientists have started or much more devoted to the new energy for our future.

The so-called natural power are :
    1. the wind power.
    2. the solar panel.
    3. the geothermal power.
But, they're easy to say and not easy to do. It depend on the location, as you indicate, Nicoletta.

Do you know " the Baltic 1 " ? Germany can do it, but Switzerland cannot and Japan cannot do it, either, in spite of the fact Japan is surrounded by the sea. The Baltic 1 stands in the sea of the depth 17m ( shallow ) and is no danger of tsunami.

The 21st century is to be the nuclear power renaissance, bc the lots of new nuclear technology have been developed. I would not deny the AKW totally, but I'd like to welcome the other competitive energy which is much safer.

Yesterday's temperature in Tokyo was 31.9℃, today 32.2℃, and it'll be 33℃ tomorrow. TEPCO is trying to supply more power for the real summer when the temperature will be around 35℃ nearly every day by running some new hybrid LNG thermal power plants.

There are 54 nuclear reactors in Japan which cover 30% of the whole nation's power, but 34 out of 54 stop running right now. and every reactor has to take a regular check which means stop running for some months. As a result, all 54 nuclear reactors will stop running in next April. I don't mind about it, bc I think we can manage to do it by running the hybrid LNG thermal. Our AKWs are too dangerous to run, due to the possible mega earthquakes.

Have a pleasant evening, my dear Nicoletta !
    Kisses & Hugs !

  54. Cue the music:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3-4J5j74VPw

    Chapter Six

"I always think my patients are more comfortable and willing to share medical histories when it's just the two of us. Let's begin," says the Doctor, "I don't suppose you'd mind some music in the background while we chat."

"Not at all," says Dana. "I'm a huge fan of A-ha but I'm really enjoying Bruno Mars at the moment."

The Doctor turns to the sound system and changes the music station playing Revels Bolero to the CD. He washes his hands because he's impeccably clean, and it seems like hygiene is important to him, like his room would be tidy with all the clothes picked-up. Before long he looks at Dana and says, "Imagine that? We share the same taste in music." As the Lazy Song starts playing...Dana starts whistling with a grin on her face.

He is now standing right in front of her. The Doctor tilts his head to one side and really looks Dana in the eye. He is standing so close she can feel his hot breath on her face and smell his plaid shirt.

"What does your husband or partner think of your extra large heart?" said the Doctor.

Dana gives the Doctor her most dazzling smile and whispers, "There is no husband at the moment."

"Well, that makes things much more interesting," says the Doctor, "What do you like to do for exercise?"

Dana thinks carfully about a great many things (Gutter alert!) and trying to keep a straight face without laughing says, "Dance, I love to dance the penguin dance."

One of the Doctor's eyebrows shoots up, "You mean the dance they do at weddings?" Dana nods.

"What sort of music do you like to dance to?" he says.

She replies, "Any sort of music that makes me move. I love to dance while I'm cleaning the house, or around my kitchen with a glass of wine. I think one glass of wine is permitted?"

"Oh yes," says the Doctor, "And what do you do to relax?"

"I like to cook to relax, share recipes with friends, gardening, and I enjoy following extreme sports, like downhill skiing on TV," she replies.

"I think it is a sign of your high intelligence to follow downhill skiing. Everything seems very normal to me. You look younger than a woman your age, you're in great phyical condition, a knock-out if you don't mind me saying so. Your bp and heart rate all seem normal. I honestly can't find a thing wrong with you and I'm looking. I even love your hair color!" said the Doctor.

Dana says, "Are you sure more tests aren't necessary? What about the Dracula test? We are in Romania after all?"

Then the Doctor says, "No, I don't think that's necessary. I envision some theraputic thermal baths like a hot tub for relaxation. I expect you could benefit with some deep tissue massage. And certainly a manicure or pedicure would be fun! I definitely think some Romance in your life would help relax you and keep you calm." stated the Doctor in a very serious deep voice.

  55. Chapter Six (con't. it was too long! Haha!)

Dana pouts a little and says, "Well, thank you very much Doctor. I will certainly follow all your suggestions." She is thinking that the exam is over, he's made his diagnosis, but wait. He is scribbling something on a notepad.

Reading her mind the Doctor says, "Oh, you are not finished with me yet. I'm giving you my personal cell phone number. I would like to follow your case closely, very closely and hope you will call me if your condition changes." says the Doctor with a wink! "And since you are my last patient of the day, why don't we get out of this stuffy examining room? Let's go over to the sidewalk cafe for our one glass of red wine that is permitted! And you can question me." He turned to lead the way out.

For once, Dana was at a loss for words, but she grabbed her purse and ran out the door after him. They both stroll past the sweaty wood chopper, who is still sawing wood, on their way to the cafe.

You are AMAZING!!!! Your novel becomes very interesting with every chapter you write! LMAO

But I'm amazed that you know me very well (except that part with the penguin dance!! LOL I like to watch that video but I don't like to dance it!) And I like to do exercises and to ride my bike!!!! Maybe The Doctor invites me for a ride!! Though I don't have an equipment, like he has!LOL
Some of the lines you wrote are like written by me! And I confess that before to read I put Bolero on the background!! Haha!
It's no need to close my eyes to imagine everything you wrote!!! You're really good, Sis! You keep us excited from one chapter to another!:))

Did you like Pat Monahan - Her Eyes? I told you that I like the lyrics, especially "She's old enough to know, and young enough to not say "no"! LMAO And some other more...

Today I made strawberry jam!! LOL

Wish you all a nice day/evening/night!
    Love you!

You have to know that I'm really shy, I told you this for so many times, so I don't think I'll call him! So you better make him to ask my cell phone number!!! LMAO
And thanks God that the annoying nurse didn't show up again! LOL

    Applause, Giffy!

Chapter 6 is again a masterpiece! LOL

    I love especially these episodes:

    1)
What does your husband or partner think of your extra large heart?" said the Doctor.

Dana gives the Doctor her most dazzling smile and whispers, "There is no husband at the moment."

"Well, that makes things much more interesting," says the Doctor.

    2) the part with the penguine dance HaHa

    3)
...enjoy following extreme sports, like downhill skiing on TV," she replies.

"I think it is a sign of your high intelligence to follow downhill skiing.

    (HaHa!!!)

    4)
I would like to follow your case closely, very closely and hope you will call me if your condition changes." says the Doctor with a wink!

Oh my dear Giffy, as I read your last chapter, I was just sitting, laughing, of course a bit of coughing HaHa, but I was so much amuzed!

You really have got talent, and I love especially your big portion of humour!

You should really write for a Woman magazine!!!
Write a novel or being a great warmhearted help for a really nice person!

Have a beautiful day, Giffy, and thanks a lot for giving us many smiles.

Believe me Dana, your are the perfect romantic heroine in Giffy's novel!!

I can firmly see you! HaHa

Don't worry, the docter will find a super equipment for you, to go for that ride! LOL

    Have a beautiful Friday, Dana!

    Love you!

  60. @Dana Do you have anything specific you'd like to know about the Doctor? I love coffee, its my one addiction. Wish I could taste some of your strawberry jam, know its delicious. I need to listen to that song of Pat Monahan and try to work it into the next chapter, keep forgetting. I will incorporate a bike ride in the next chapter where we will fully explore the Doctor's equipment...stay tuned.

@Nicoletta Haha! Sorry I made you cough but glad I gave you a laugh. The women I used to work with were always thinking of other jobs I could do, "Why don't you try...?" I could use some suggestions.

@Ekaterina Hope you are well and enjoying summer. Thanks for the advise regarding my job. I am trying to be helpful. Last Friday I unloaded the groceries, this week she called me to ask where I put the salad dressing. I work today but wanted to pop in to the blog early to wish everyone a fantastic weekend...

@Mel You couldn't wreck it. I think your photo captions are hilarious.

Hope Corinna is having a fun vacation. Love to you all around the world.

You really make me feel happy, my dear Giffy !It's so fun to imagine the scenes you've written ! As @Nicolettchen mentions, you're just gifted, the Gifted Giffy !

Thanks ! I'm well, but it's been very hot around 32℃ in Tokyo and the air-conditioner is on 24 hours a day.

  62. @dana.
yes ! we all know you're shy, my dear dana. ... ;-))) and it seems " the doctor " is fond of a shy girl. ...
The nurse doesn't bother you, but is it OK " the wood chopper " appears in the scene from time to time ? ... ;-)))

    The strawberry jam !
I've heard the girls especially from the central Europe have a custom to make a homemade jam. Am I right ?
We seldom make it, bc it's easier to buy, but I always long to do it. I wouldn't like to spend much time in front of the oven in the kitchen in summer, but I think I'll try it in autumn, dana. I love to try your recipe, my dear dana !

  63. @Giffy & Nicoletta
I'm proud that I'm involved in this novel at least bc the heroine is called Dana! LOL The novel is beautiful and funny, I read it with so much pleasure and I can't wait to see what's next.
Of course I'd like to go for a ride with The Doctor!LOL

Giffy, you asked me what I'd like to know about The Doctor. Well, I think I'd like to know how is he beyond the spotlight, how is he when there's no cameras and microphones around him, when he's with his family and friends. I'd like to know what makes him happy and what makes him sad when it's not about sport. This was a serious answer!
Talking about the novel now, I don't know, I let your imagination to do its job, you're very gifted, Sis! :)

    @Nicoletta
Hope he will not find a spandex suit for me! Haha! It's too hot for it!
We had 34*C today, it was terrible hot! And now we have orange code for storms for tonight!

    @Ekaterina
I don't mind if that "wood chopper" shows up from time to time, for the moment I don't know who is he and what is his role in the novel, but we'll find out soon, I suppose! LOL Or maybe Giffy brings him just bc he looks so good in his work outfit!!! Haha!

I think all the Romanian women make jam in the summer time, when the market is full of fresh fruits. And as you said, the women from the central Europe. I learned to make jam from my grandma and from my mom. And I like to do this even if it's not a pleasure to stay in front of the oven in the summer hot days, but I'm used to it.
I'd be glad to share the recipe with you, my dear Ekaterina! You learn so easily!:))
We use to buy jam too, but homemade jam is better and it has no preservatives or additives to resist over the winter, we use just fruits, sugar and a little lemon juice.

    @All
Have a wonderful last weekend of June! Take care of yourselves!

But Romans in earlier times have already got the fireplace ! ... ;-))) though I know it's not the right time for us to talk about the fireplace. ... :-)))

I think the high humidity is the most annoying. In Tokyo, we have the high humidity in summer.

The LNG Hybrid Thermal Power Plant is the best selection for the time being until the new energy developes to be practical use. But still many people would not give up the nuclear Power. It's an addict. But I think even if it's an addict, it still safe in Europe & in USA. I'm afraid Japan is a helpless addict. I want Japanese politicians to follow the DH to become intelligent ! ... :-)))

I watched the TV program about Maramures last evening and it was very interesting ! Maramures is far from Campina, dana. It has some km of the border with Ukraine, and . !!!
