and it's the same in Japan. If you have a cold, you cannot take the shot against influenza. I took it last week.
The red wine is also prefered here, because it is said it includes plenty of Polyphenol. I prefer white wine when I have some drink, so I get polyphenol from my favorite ! favorite ! Chocolate !
The Halloween party is not actually very popular in Japan, but in the area I live there are some parade. And the most of the participants are foreign people who live in Japan.

I just watched the fantastic TV program this evening. What do you think it is ? dana ? .....
It was about 45 minutes culture entertainment.
It started from Bucharest, showing us Piata Unirii, Casa Poporului, Piata Matache, and the memorial spot of Dec.21, 1989. Then, the program took the long distance bus from the terminal, the destination was Tulcea. From Tulcea ( now I'm sure you know the final destination, dana ! ), the program took the ship on Danube to Periprava. Yes, Danube Delta ! In Periprava, the program asked the local fisherman to show us a little around Danube Delta. He knows about it very well, because he lives on it. I have not seen such many pelican flying over the sky. It was really magnificent !
Although it was only 45 minutes program, I felt I enjoyed the trip in your country very much, dana !
btw, do you know how to cook " Musaka " and " Salmare " ? I'm sorry the spelling are not correct, but I hope you can guess. ( Please !)

Do you celebrate Halloween? We borrowed it from US but we use it just as touristic attraction especially in the central part of Romania, Transilvania! Don't forget I'm from Dracula country! Haha!
But we have a similar holiday on 30 of November, St Andrei (Andrew). Men light up big fires on the hills and the young and brave of them jump over the fire! We go to the cemetery to burn candles on our dead relatives graves and share food in their name! And we hang up garlic on the windows and doors to protect us from bad spirits! Haha! There are many rituals, some funny, some weird, some scary, vary on the region!

ReplyDeleteHa, Ha, to be honest, I enjoy every kind of wine! Red wine, white wine and Rosé! I prefer wine to any kind of mixed drinks, because I like it "pure". LOL (But not to much!!!!)
To a glass of Beer, I wouldn't say no, if it comes along with a "Wurstsalat" (Swiss speciality with Servelat saussage and Emmentaler cheese, onions, etc). But that would be the exception. Eventually I would have one in a Pub if you join me.
And furthermore, I like Chocolate too!! I am absolutely into Black Chocolate. It is perfect with coffee, peppermint tea and I like it also with red wine, and it's healthy, Ha, Ha.
The documentation from Rumania sounds very interesting. Musaka I know from Greece. I wonder if it is the same meal as in Rumania.

Regarding music, don't worry, I love any kind of music, if the melodies are nice and I like to hear very different styles. Rock is also my favorite, I like the balades very much.

ReplyDeleteI am absolutely happy you liked the songs from Steve Lee. He had really a wonderful voice and he was a nice looking guy too with a special aura. On stage he was absolutely great!
I am regretting still very much he had to die so young.
Forgot to say, I love to see Dracula films. They are in special way scareing and I love the whole story about Dracula, etc. also the new one Twilight zone are amazing!
