  1. @Giffy The food was good. We had turkey, mashed potatoes, noodles, polish sausage, cabbage & potatoes, chicken, a meat & cheese tray, a homemade party mix, punch bowl cake, Oreo pudding & a peanut butter pie.

  4. @Dana

Thanks a lot for your BD wishes!

I was invited to a Tavolata at lunch. That is kind of an Italian buffett.

Enjoyed the seafood, cold meat, several salads as well as the marinated vegetable.

The desert was 2 kind of melon and a dark chocolate mousse.

And you say it, we had a glass of champagne!

Today it was extremely warm (over 30 degrees) and we have an extreme humidity. It will stay like that for the next couple of days.

If you ask me, I like it!

I appreciate it always very much when we have nice and warm weather around my birthday because it is not always like that, and automn/winter time is long enough!

Wish you a beautiful evening, dear Dana!

  7. @Nicoletta Happy Belated Birthday!

I'm off to work though I'd rather be in bed sleeping. I can't wait for school to start on the 29th.

    Thanks, Mel!

Glad you are so much looking forward to school starts again!

That is a wonderful sign, so you are a very good and interested student, Mel!

    @All

After a terribly cold and rainy July, we are now enjoying beautiful Summer weather with around 30 degrees!

Everybody is getting crazy, we have so much missed this time!

For my respiratory system it is what I needed! LOL
    Love the heat!

    @Giffy

Got myself a pair of shoes!

Allrounder, with a 3 cm heel, comfortable but still a bit elegant. They are black and they have got little dark brown decoration at the front and at the end (heel?).

It is a Caprice "walking on air shoe", so I will be ready for my holidays, I walk like an angel!

Wish you all a pleasant weekend!

    Love you!

  13. so today i have time to write about my adventures! sorry when this is going to be a long post!

so i went down on friday, the traffic was good and no complications!
on friday evening i went the surfschool and it was real stange. ( i was there in june and asked if it is possible to make a course in august and he told me that i should write him two weeks before a mail and so i did but i don´t get an answer)
when i was there he told me that he has so much to do but his appoinment calender was empty! he told me that i should came on saturday at 10 am! when i was there the next day at 10 am i was the only one there and then the lesson starts:
1; we have warm and cold wind, the warm wind is upper then the cold wind! this was about the wind
2; you can´t surf direct to the wind
3; we go for 5 min on the simulation board
4; we went to water making 5 min of balance training (after the first falling down he told me that i have no balance feeling, i just thought what? this was the first time in water and there was a big wave that´s why i felt down and he said i have no balance feeling) and make 5 min of stand up paddle
5; we was out in the water for over 1 hour with the sail and i was falling into the water sometimes bc of some waves
he didn´t explained how to make turns and stuff like this!
i was on the board for 300 m without falling down but there was a boat and i was surfing direct to this boat and i asked him how to make a turn that i don´t crash into this boat but he didn´t gave me an answer, thanks god really thanks god a wave kick me of the board 20 m before the boat!
then the teacher let me alone into the water for 15 min and was talking to an other windsurfing guy!
when he said something it was more screaming:
a, you have no balance feeling
b, don´t fall into the water
c, look out for the waves (btw i was standing with my back to the waves and as far as i know i have no eyes into my backside of the head)
d, when you fall let the sail out ( i really have to say i let the sail out when i was falling but the wind sometimes threw it over to me and so the sail was falling on my head, but not the sailmast)

i was so confused and pissed off, think on all what could happen! but he didn´t care about it and he didn´t explain anything to me!

i decided after that lesson not to continue the lessons with him! i decided that i will continue but not with this teacher, so i search for a windsurfschool in my near and i found one! and there i will go to continue!

on that saturday in the morning when i was on the way to the surfschool, i drove out of the appartment village and there was the police in the middle of that way i wanted to drive! the one police men went to the side so i can passed them, but the other one came to my car window and showed me that i should put it down (i had rigth in that moment my headset in the ear and was talking with my mom) i just hanged up the phone and put the window down, then he said something to me and i just "no italiano" and then he asked me in eglish where i go and from where i came and that he wish me nice day!

  14. part two!

i had everyday, except of monday morning there it was raining, sunny and warm days something around 40°C!

on tuesday afternoon i went shopping to a big shopping mall, i have to spent some money after my disaster with the windsurfing! ;) lmao

i stand up everday btw 7:15am and 7:30 am and i was at least at 8:15 am on the pool and i went up to the appartment again about 6pm in the evening!
i had some great fun with the lifeguard and on the second day in the morning he said already hi with a big smile to me and so the rest of the week too! he came to me and some friends of me to asked sometimes what things mean in english or in german(bc he just speak italian, less german and less english) so we teached him in english and german!

on thursday my mom and dad came down!

on our way home on sunday we had also some real great fun, my mom was driving with me and my dad follwed us in his car! short after bozen there was two cabriolets with 8 guys into it and all 8 were waving their hands when my mom and i passed and my dad (who was behind us) looked at them, bc we where the only one who they did this! my mom and i had a great laugh!
i should maybe mention that my mom hate it to drive car with me on a highway, but she made it, and she didn´t scream like normally! and she didn´t said something against it even when i was 150km/h fast!
oh and i should mention that my mom is a smoker and my car is a non smoking place, bc i don´t smoke! after 2,5 hour she told me we need a stop bc i looked tired and we should make a little walk, but she just said this to have the chance to smoke! LMAO so i make a little stop!

    that was my week!

ps: i should say that i have a good balance feeling!
i learned skiing in the age of 3, in the age of 4 i was faster in skiing then the kids in the age of 8 and they let me ski with the big kids! also my parents went with me in the age of 4 down some black slopes without problems, and my parents had some arguements with some upgrown person that they should not let ski a little 4 year old girl down this real steep black slope! but when i was down i said "once again, i want to ski down once again" and that everytime when i was down that slope!
i also learned biking in the age of 3 and i didn´t bike with the support wheels at the rear wheel! bc the first time i should bike the support wheels was on the rear wheel and i told my parents to get off of them, first m mom didn´t want that but then she let me! so i bike without this supportwheels and without problems!
and i never ever had problems with my balance, that is something that i be real good in it!
and this windsurfteacher told me that i have no balance feeling, that was a bit strange!
