First it's our 5th Anniversary! I can't believe it's been 5 months already! Happy Anniversary, everybody!
Second we got the fair going on! I love the fair! The food, animals & bands! Went to the band show last night & recorded the bands. Unfortunately after our band played my camera decided it didn't like any of the videos so it deleted them all! My sister said to let the card sit out for a while & see in a couple days if they come back. Her camera did the same thing at christmas. Hopefully it works. Tonight we are taking the kids to ride the rides!!! It's gonna be awesome! Not that I'm getting on the rides. I don't do rides after getting my neck popped on a wooden rollercoaster.
Third we had a golf dispute. That's why recording everything you do with friends is important! Thank God Aksel knows this! Not much into golf myself. I tend to fall asleep when it's on tv.
Fourth it's Teekanne's Mom's Birthday!!! PARTY!!!
Fifth & final I have PT...well not unitl Friday, but I still have to do the exercises with the theraband. I hurt a little after them, but it's bearable.
We have a lot of stuff going on. I think we all need a vacation!

ReplyDelete@mel it´s normal that your arm hurts after the exercises. your muscles are in a position they like and which they don´t hurt and when you do this things with the theraband the muscles have to go out the real nice and not hurting position and they don´t like to go out of that, than they make a little revolution and hurt so your body thinks this position or motion hurt so i don´t want to do it again, but when you do it and only do so much it doesn´t hurt real bad it is going to be better soon

ReplyDeleteBastard coach kicked Jay off the team because he wasn't there last night! He was at the fair in the band show! I'm so pissed off right now! I hope they lose all their games now! Never before have I wished that, but you mess with my Lil Bro & you mess with me & you so do not wanna mess with me! He has dreamed of playing for McKinley his entire life. He told mom at one of the first games she took him to when I was in band that he was gonna be on that field one day playing ball. Football is his life.
